Just went there and got a Vt. Paradise Drink asked for light ice and 3/4 of the cup is always ice anymore, I love starbucks but I'm not paying for ice anymore, 3 sips the drink is done, I even called they just hang up the phone?

I think it is unacceptable that we order drinks and have to wait 20 minutes to get them. They pay attention to the line outside while they have 15 customers waiting on their drinks inside. And this is why we go to Foxtail.

Coffee was great. What I did not enjoy was waiting for the young man at the register to stop talking shop (logistics, scheduling, etc.) with his coworkers while I was standing there to be assisted. I could understand if they were busy, however, they were just standing at the register having a conversation that I am sure they could have paused to take my order and carry on once I was done. I waited patiently for around 3 minutes for them to stop and acknowledge the fact that I was standing there…

Always catering to app, drive-thru, and Uber Eats orders. Obviously they are priority.And the guest that's waiting in front of your register is told "I'll be right with you".... every time. I know this is a busy location but it just seems like there's 8-10 employees back there.And you still have to wait at the register.People should stay in their role the greeter remains in front of the register only time you leave is to make coffee or pour please try to never run out but it happens all the time?
