Though I didn't say anything, Jimi noticed I was visibly irritated and came over and remade the entire drink. Thank you for being vigilant and making it right.“
“I was really disappointed with my recent visit. The barista’s (Shalea) attitude was off-putting—condescending when taking my order and completely deceiving in the way they treated customers. It felt like I was being talked down to rather than served. I hope Starbucks addresses this behavior soon. This is what happens when you hire incompetent employees“
“The girl working at the drive-thru was friendly, and the drinks were very good. However, when it came time to pay, about four vehicles piled up behind me because I noticed she was trying to multitask—listening to orders while charging customers at the same time. I’m not sure if she was new, but this approach made the process very slow, and I had to wait quite a while.“

A gentleman named Aaron made an.. unusual impression that made us slightly uncomfortable but after asking to speak to the supervisor/ manager we spoke with Sophia and ended up leaving happy.
