“The team at this Starbucks are rock stars! I have a dairy allergy and because of cross contamination it can be very difficult to enjoy foods and drinks outside of my home. This location has been so accommodating and kind. The culture shift really started with Ashley. A few months ago she made my coffee and ensured that the shaker was washed etc. From there whenever I came in and ordered she would chime in stated that she knew me and knows how to handle my drink. From there it became the over all culture and as new staff members came in they continued this very conscientious handling of my drinks. Having an allergy adds a lot of stress to my life because you don't know if the person on the other side of your order will take it seriously or is educated on allergies but this team again has made it so easy to navigate. Thank you Ashley, Zac, Miles, Jordan and all the staff at this Starbucks.“

“Came to this location with my siblings & wasn’t sure what to order. Jimi ran me through all the options and helped me choose one out depending on my preferences. & when I ordered a plain bagel he suggested avocado spread to go with it and IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! Amazing customer service skills. Very satisfied with my visit here.“

“I was really disappointed with my recent visit. The barista’s (Shalea) attitude was off-putting—condescending when taking my order and completely deceiving in the way they treated customers. It felt like I was being talked down to rather than served. I hope Starbucks addresses this behavior soon. This is what happens when you hire incompetent employees“

“This one my favorite Starbucks to grab my drinks from. Everyone is super friendly and in good spirits. Anastasia is amazing and her smile will light up your day! Allie is a superstar and makes the best Matcha lattes ever !!! Jamal is one the coolest baristas ever and always with a positive attitude. Our Samoan friend (sorry I didn’t catch your name) is super cool and has the best voice on the drive through intercom, it’s so soothing lol. Regardless of who you get to make your drink you won’t be disappointed, this is truly an awesome team and really just bring joy to our day whenever we stop by. You guys are awesome !!!!!!“
