The team at this Starbucks are rock stars. The store has an incredible family atmosphere. Customers describe the staff as engaging, helpful, super upbeat, and genuinely kind. One customer with a dairy allergy noted the team has been very accommodating and kind, ensuring the shaker was washed and handling drinks with great conscientiousness. The culture shift started with Ashley, and new staff members continued this careful approach, making it easy to navigate an allergy. Another customer highlighted a great conversation with Miles, who fixed a drink and didn’t seem bored or faking interest. Miles also brightened a day with a positive attitude and kind words, and in the drive through he was very engaging, helpful, and super upbeat. A customer felt very welcomed after being greeted by Miles and politely approached with a “have a great day,” making the experience very warming and welcoming. The coffee is great too. Customers love this Starbucks and hope to visit more frequently, with one even wanting to drive 40 minutes every day to come here.
