Starbucks in Kissimmee

“I love this location out of all other locations in Kissimmee. I don’t mind driving extra 15 minutes to come to this location. They’re always smiling. I always have a positive interaction with them. I love the staff. They’re always happy.“

“Definitely my favorite Starbucks! They are accurate 90% of the time and are usually very fast. I have had a few bad employees here and there but most of them have been absolutely fantastic! Allen is by far my favorite, always says hello, smiles, and makes my drinks perfect.“

I came to the Starbucks outside of Celebration around 8:25 on May 25 and ordered an iced shaken espresso with almond milk and a birthday cake cake pop. She was super friendly, patient, and made the whole experience feel so welcoming. You can really tell she cares about customers and enjoys what she does. “This is the best Starbucks I’ve been in a long time. The barista was quick and friendly. I don’t have to wait long for my drink or egg bites. As far as I can see, they are staffed the same as most Starbucks, just better trained and more efficient. Store is clean. They had great merchandise options. Variety of cups, most Starbucks have a low inventory. I came back to the Starbucks three days in a row. The service was great each time showing consistency.“

“I have been coming to this store since they opened fairly recently. I drive past another Starbucks to get to this one because I know my drink will be perfect here. I often bring my pup and they always have his pup cup ready when they see us coming. They leave sweet notes on the cups!Yes I would prefer a cafe but that has nothing to do with the employees who are AMAZING! We have to leave the next few months and I will miss this store! Thank you! “I don't usually comment on the individual stores since leaving my career with them in 2016, but this store is absolutely one-of-a-kind. Everyone working here is incredible, but two Partners literally go out of their way to make my almost four year old son and I feel like we are home. Not just a third place, but like we are actually coming home to visit with family.

Rachel is unbelievably friendly, down-to-earth, and so very helpful. She genuinely makes my son smile and look forward to every visit by complementing him on his cool shoes or shirts. That's a huge deal for a four year old! She also makes you feel like an actual person when you speak with her. That's hard to do in this age of mobile ordering and grab-and-go service. It's even harder to do in this area full of tourists. She makes it look like it's a second nature to her. I only wish I had 1% of the patience she has with others.

Milo is an absolute asset to the company. They make us feel welcomed and appreciated with the little things like drawings of flowers on our cups or bringing out a complimentary refill of iced coffee just before closing so that I have a drink for the road. Every conversation with them is thoughtful and shows an astounding appreciation for their work and their ability to influence someone's day, even if it's just a little scribble on a disposable cup. I sincerely hope they go on to have a great career, whether that's with this company, or anywhere else!

Again, while every single Partner at this location is under appreciated, these two examples are the absolute best that the company has to offer. It's been a long time since I've felt this comfortable in a location, but they make it look effortless.

“My absolute favorite place to go! I moved and live an extra 10 mins out making my drive about 25-30 mins. And I STILL rather go here than the one close by. The workers are extremely nice. Even when they are being stressed out. Cause it gets a lot, but ALOT of customers. But even through the running around, they are respectful and cheerful to everyone. If you go, be kind to them. Remember, it’s not their problem that we are all rushing to go to work and school. Make time to get your coffee instead of being late to where you need to be and rushing them. I always order when I’m 15 mins away. So when I get to the window, my drink or food are always done. That way it alleviates the pressure on them against the wall in’s and drive thru traffic. Love the notes they leave on the cups too!“
