7/5/25 Used my stars and gift card and got a Light Ice Venti Matcha Latte with oat milk, brown sugar syrup and matcha cream cold foam! Yum! 😋

“I love the service here. The employees are super sweet and full of good genuine energy. I don't usually frequent Starbucks, but I would definitely come back to this location if they had Wifi. I tried to get Wifi but couldn't get a pop up for login. I spent a good 30 mins trying to diagnose the issue on my side. Turns out other patrons were unable to use Starbucks Wifi as well, so it wasn't an issue with my devices (Mac and iPhone).“

“I just wanted to share how much I appreciated the customer service from Kass and Tessa today. My daughter ordered the Mocha Cookie Combo but accidentally forgot to ask for no coffee. Once the drink came out, she realized the mistake was on our side, but Kass and Tessa were so kind and understanding about it. They immediately replaced the order without any extra charge and handled everything with such patience and professionalism.

“This is the best starbucks I've ever been to. Since we were left stranded without a ride at the airport and had to walk somewhere with our suitcase, we decided to stop by Starbucks to wait it out. We spent two and a half hours there; the service was excellent and fast, and they had absolutely no complaints.“

I’ve been going here for the 4 years I’ve lived here. Everyone working out front has been amazing. I wish I knew names so I could mention them.

I recently picked up a coffee, realized it had a random cartoon drawn on it, and was confused. Looked into it. Apparently Starbucks is now requiring employees to “draw”(???) on the cups to make stores more favorable. Wtaf.

Baristas are the ones who keep this company in business. I’ll keep coming back bc I appreciate these workers (and love the coffee).

But Starbucks, if you ever worry about customer satisfaction, look at your management. Stop using your baristas as your scapegoats.“

“I work 2 blocks from this location I go there at 6:30am every other day. Nikki, Delia or which ever barista is there as soon as they see me walk in they are cheerful, friendly, welcoming. They know exactly what I drink and how I drink it. I have never had a complaint. It is one of the cleanest Starbucks I have seen. By the time I scan my app my drink or food is done and ready to go. The tone she used when asking about my beverage was not as pleasant as the First Gentleman’s was. There was most likely a misunderstanding between the cashier and her. Of course typically, this is no big deal but when I came to get my actual drink the phrasing she used wasn’t custom centric. This was a busy time for the staff I’m sure it could have been stressful for her. No big deal, everything else about this experience was amazing! Bathroom could use some more ventilation. “Starbucks is open 24/7 in Tampa Airport main terminal They offer a variety of Starbucks ® coffees and teas, a slightly reduced menu from off airport stores. I found gourmet bagged butter popcorn. I found several bagged coffees to take home and a gift . Oh wow they have Tampa Bay mugs and espresso cups they have some hot and cold beverages cups half price and Florida logo to go cups. They have a few pastries and muffins available at 4:00am today in the morning. A good start to my day is an iced green tea lemonade Great quick service with a short line here. Open Accessible venue, no doors, and accessible wait line and pick up area Accessible tables and high tops in venue or chose to sit in other parts of airport. Accessible men’s and women’s restroom with dedicated stall and grab bars, all hands free in several areas in airport terminal. Accessible van parking in paid airport lot.“
