The customer service here is incredible!! All the baristas are amazing, so kind, and they make the drinks so well. I’ve been served a lot by Claudia, and she’s great!! Love this Starbucks
I’ve been a regular at this Starbucks for a while now and I have to say it’s hands down the best one I’ve ever been to. Every single employee, from the baristas to the manager, has been incredibly kind and attentive. They always go above & beyond to make sure my drink is made right. On multiple occasions, when a drink wasn’t made right from another Starbucks, they’ve fixed it without hesitation. I truly appreciate how sweet and welcoming everyone is.
The team here is friendly and welcoming, and the drinks & food are always good. (And even when I spill my drink on the way out, they made me a new one and cleaned up the mess I made…)

Based on the reviews, this Starbucks Coffee Company location has incredible customer service with amazing, kind, and friendly staff who are always helpful and welcoming. The baristas and team are professional and go above and beyond to make drinks right, happily fixing or swapping any drink that is not to a customer's liking. The drinks and food are always good, and the coffee is always great. The location is peaceful and beautiful, offering beautiful bay views and a quiet area away from the city that gives vacation vibes. It is a private and quiet spot, perfect for a walk or beach day. The staff has also cleaned up messes and made new drinks when one was spilled. Everything is always delicious, and the dragon fruit lemonade is a favorite.
