Unfortunately this is the only close Starbucks and there is only one good person who works there. Everyone else acts like they’ve never even stepped foot in a Starbucks, constantly messing up the most basic drinks, heaven forbid you want to customize something. They can’t even get the food right. Burning it, giving me the completely wrong item, not cutting the sandwiches. This is ridiculous.

Brian is absolutely amazing he is super dedicated and knows me and my order as soon as I walk in the door. He is super nice and I enjoy my conversations with him. He is polite and efficient making sure to get everyone’s order done in a timely manor. I have never had an issue at this Starbucks ever and my experiences have always been pleasant I enjoy coming in every time to get my drink before I go into work and when I see Brian he goes out of his way to make the experience even more special!! Thank you for everything Brian I really appreciate everything you do and all your hard work!!!!!!

The Saturday noon crew continues to mess up my orders (2/10/24 12pm). I love this location but I dread going on Saturdays (and Sundays) because the gals that are typically working mess up my order (and the orders of others) 2/3rds of the time. I don’t often post negative reviews, but this happens way too frequently to not.

Parking here is difficult - you have to go past the hourly spots to dedicated 15-minute Starbucks parking. Almost all of the seating is outdoors because even the Westin lobby it’s attached to doesn’t have seating.
