Busy location. Soda fountain was out of order, and the crew seem reluctant to do refills.... saw me standing there cup in hand, lid off, the manager and a couple other employees, but not even acknowledging me, or addressing that they'd be right with me. But other than that, food was hot and correct to order. Dining area was clean restroom was clean. Drive thru was busy about lunchtime 1pm or so.
I stopped by McDonald's for dinner around 6:30 PM after running a few errands and ordered a Big Mac meal with medium fries and a Sprite. My order was ready in just a few minutes, and everything was served hot and fresh. The Big Mac had plenty of sauce, crisp lettuce, pickles, onions, and perfectly melted cheese, while the fries were hot, crispy, and salted just right. Drive through. Ordered McDoubles, a cheeseburger and 6 piece chicken nugget. Everything was fine except the cheeseburger. It had a big white sticker on it that said cheeseburger, no pickle. The ticket number was 1223. The ticket on the bag had the right items listed, it was ticket 1228. They were busy so I can see how easily the mistake was made. The employee was looking for a cheeseburger for ticket 1228 and in their haste, mis-identified ticket 1223 for 1228. Honest mistake....read full review
