“i love to come and do some work here, but lately it’s been a bummer. I’ve ordered a grande hot drink, but both times they seem to skimp out on the grande part and instead give me a tall size while still paying grande. I understand when there’s a rush or maybe it’s a company policy now? Still wished i’d get my moneys worth though☕“

“This is one of the coolest Starbucks that I have been too. It fit right in with the atmosphere of the beautiful beachfront section of town. It is literally less than a half mile from the beach. The downside is that it does not have its own parking lot and the parking in the area is hard to find and when you do find it, it is paid parking.“

“Thank you to the barista on Saturday for above and beyond service! I accidentally placed an order at the wrong Starbucks, so I replaced an order at this location, and when I told him, he generously gave me a larger drink and a cake pop! He was so kind and I appreciated him helping me. I sadly did not get a name as I was rushing, but it was the afternoon of may 17th. Great service and atmosphere.“

“This is actually the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to! Before moving to Florida I stopped going to Starbucks because of the inconsistency of my drinks and terrible service. Since moving I go to a couple different Starbucks locations here in Florida and this one is THE BEST! Employees are always happy with great vibes & most importantly, make me a GREAT drink EACH time!“

“Today gave me hope in a company that I started going to in the late it's. I watched it evolve. I was a huge supporter. I made sure everyone I knew got starbucks and they all keep going back. I had a Barnstable interested in my drink, curious and thoughtful. This is very rare. It put a genuine smile on my face and a pleasant thought to come back. Mocking was an asset to this location.“
“5 stars for Dacin. Thank you for the excellent service. Dacin checked on the stock assortment for me and assisted me to see if they had what I wanted in stock. He very clearly conveyed the location and hours. He gave the extra consideration a normal employee would not provide. Thank you Dacin! He should be recognized for his extra level of service provided. I hope he receives proper recognition for going above and beyond when no other stores had what I wanted. He is an employee that other stores should make an example of for a customer experience and positive energy.“
“Nice Starbucks in the mall! I like going here for a quick pick me up after getting exhausted watching my wife shop. Decent coffee and desserts, it’s not cheap but if you want something cheap you wouldn’t be going to Starbucks in the first place. Patio type area right next to the skating rink so you can pretend it’s not 94 degrees outside“
