The staff at this particular branch, from the gentleman who professionally took my order and offered valuable recommendations to the courteous young lady who prepared my beverage, consistently exhibited positive demeanor and kindness. Their conduct serves as an exemplary model of a thriving and positive workplace culture.“

“This store is absolutely wonderful. Every time I go in, everyone is so friendly. The baristas remember my kids and interact with them. The food is always hot, the drinks are always made right and I am always out in a timely manner but never feel rushed! I drive past other stores just to visit this one!“

“Visited this Starbucks today and was so impressed with the service I received there from Lydia and Shane.

I had just been to a doctor appt and they noticed I had the bandage on my arm. I must have looked white as a sheet as I needed something to eat and Lydia asked if I was doing okay. She noticed the bandage and seemed to genuinely care for my well being and asked how I was doing and if I needed anything else.

Shane also asked if I was feeling better after I ate the snack box I purchased and was keeping the store meticulously clean while I was there, sweeping near my feet.

They are doing an outstanding job. I wanted to acknowledge that in some way. I will definitely come back to this location when I am in the area as I live close to Brandon but come to Clearwater / Dunedin area from time to time.“

“This is one of the coolest Starbucks that I have been too. It fit right in with the atmosphere of the beautiful beachfront section of town. It is literally less than a half mile from the beach. The downside is that it does not have its own parking lot and the parking in the area is hard to find and when you do find it, it is paid parking.“

“This Starbucks in downtown Clearwater is a terrific place to stop whether you’re looking for a great cup of coffee, a comfortable place to work, or simply a place to take a break while you’re downtown.

The location is clean, well maintained, and has a comfortable atmosphere that makes it easy to settle in for a while. The Wi-Fi is strong and reliable, which is important for those of us who occasionally need to get some work done while on the go.

What really stands out, however, is the staff. Everyone I’ve encountered has been friendly, professional, and welcoming. Great customer service can make all the difference, and the team at this location consistently does an excellent job.

Clean, comfortable, friendly, and convenient—everything you hope for in a neighborhood coffee shop. Highly recommended.“

“Thank you to the barista on Saturday for above and beyond service! I accidentally placed an order at the wrong Starbucks, so I replaced an order at this location, and when I told him, he generously gave me a larger drink and a cake pop! He was so kind and I appreciated him helping me. I sadly did not get a name as I was rushing, but it was the afternoon of may 17th. Great service and atmosphere.“

“Nice Starbucks in the mall! I like going here for a quick pick me up after getting exhausted watching my wife shop. Decent coffee and desserts, it’s not cheap but if you want something cheap you wouldn’t be going to Starbucks in the first place. Patio type area right next to the skating rink so you can pretend it’s not 94 degrees outside“
