“I moved to seven springs a little over a month ago and visit this wonderful starbucks almost everyday. Benny was the first to help make sure my order was right and I always go to him to ask him to show the new cashiers which buttons to use for my drink. He doesn't seem bothered by my request and I appreciate the way he listens to me.ALSO, there is Sam. Always smiling and calling me by my name (before I even order). She seems real and genuine about it. 5 stars to the both of them.“

“I have to give a compliment to the staff at this location. The indoor cafe area wasn’t packed but the drive thru was very busy. Despite this, I felt very seen the moment I walked up to the counter. They addressed me immediately, let me know they’d help whenever I was ready, and yet they remained focused on their tasks as well. They called out completed orders loud + clear. It felt like a well-oiled machine. I might’ve been waiting only a few minutes until I got my order. There was a slight mishap with my food order - one of the workers calling out the orders told me not to worry about it and keep the incorrect food item I received while they heated up the one I ordered. They handled the situation with kindness + professionalism, all while managing the demand of an ever-growing drive thru line. I wish I had asked the worker her name who handed me my latte - whoever she is (working today, 3/16 at 10:30 am or so), brown hair pulled back and black short sleeve t-shirt. You’re amazing!“
