He helped me with my order through the drive-thru and I walked in with my cold brew coffee that I didn’t like. I explained to him that I ended up not liking it and he didn’t make me feel judged or ridiculous because I wanted to change my coffee.
I told him I liked sweeter coffees and he asked if I liked caramel to which I said yes. He asked if an iced caramel coffee would suffice.

“While my husband and I were waiting for our drinks, Betty Jo came over and asked if she could help us. I told her what we had ordered and she went and found our drinks and brought them to our table. As we were leaving she made sure that we had enjoyed our visit and said she hoped to see us soon. This kind of friendly service is what I remember from Starbucks from pre-pandemic days. Thank you for trying to bring that back Betty-Jo!!!“
