“Dillon (unsure of how it’s spelt) was phenomenal. The epitome of the best customer service!!
He helped me with my order through the drive-thru and I walked in with my cold brew coffee that I didn’t like. I explained to him that I ended up not liking it and he didn’t make me feel judged or ridiculous because I wanted to change my coffee.
I told him I liked sweeter coffees and he asked if I liked caramel to which I said yes. He asked if an iced caramel coffee would suffice.

“I stopped in last Friday, needing a little pick me up. Jay helped me decide as I'm not a typical Starbucks gal and didn't know what to order. Let's just say the gift card I intended to use has had the last $6 on it from an Xmas gift 2 years ago... haha. Well, he created a unique custom drink for me and it was so delicious!! I loved every sip! Turns out Jay is a manager, and you can tell why, not just bc he cared enough to listen and have fun in creating a custom a drink! Thank you 😄“
