I was torn between two drinks and they helped me find a delicious way to combine the two! The staff was friendly, and seemed to enjoy being here. I side is large with plenty of space to do some studying or connect with friends over a drink.
I come here often, but today’s experience was particularly poor. I know they were busy and constantly working, but I felt discriminated against today. As soon as I arrived, I confirmed my order; the staff member located it but didn't start making my drink. While I could understand if they were simply following a queue, what I couldn't accept was that I had placed my order at 11:25 and waited 20 minutes without any progress, yet I saw drinks ordered at 11:40 being completed...read full review
