Always a very slow service inside and drive thru. Need to get more staff maybe? The only reason for extra stars is due to location and the friendly staff

I normally ask for one less pump of chocolate in my Mocha Frappuccino because it's usually very strong, unfortunately at this store it must be different as there was barely any flavor! I almost wonder if they put one pump of flavor instead of removing one pump? I had asked how many pumps do they add, he replied 3! I said ok, can you please make it with 2 instead? Since I was on a 2+ hr drive home it was too late to turn back to fix it! Yuck! Just a note to Starbucks: PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE PUT THE CONDIMENTS BACK OUT FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE IT WAS ORIGINALLY! THESE WORKERS ARE SO BUSY IT CAN TAKE 5 MINUTES TO ASK FOR A NAPKIN OR SUGAR, ETC. STOP BEING STINGY!

Went and tried the oleato today and got a cup that was 95% ice. The ice was literally to the lid of the cup and would have been falling out of the lid hole if I was not using a straw. They charged me $8 for what was about 2-3 ounces of actual liquid.

This Starbucks is one of the worst in Odessa, FL. We ordered two caramel macchiatos and a banana bread. When we arrived to the speaker it took over 3 minutes for someone to take out order. After placing the order, it took an additional 7 minutes to receive our drinks from the barista at the window. When we pulled out the parking lot to make another stop, we tasted our beverages and they tasted like flavored water with caramel drizzle in them. When we drove back to the location after being inconvenienced, we stood there for another 3 to 4 minutes before someone acknowledged that we were standing there. After being asked how we could be helped, Rafael decided to tell me that they were not able to refund me for the horrible tasting drinks, then Hannah another barista comes over and asked what's wrong with the drinks, I politely told her and she stated that she had to get an approval to issue me drink on us cards. I have never heard of this and would like someone to contact me regarding this matter as soon as possible. This was the worst experience ever and all I wanted was for to get my money back not a store credit

Great place but make sure you have time. Numerous people came in after our group and were waited on. Waited 35 minutes for 3 drinks.

2/3 drinks were wrong - BOSE was made more like a brown sugar oatmilk latte and London Fog was made with Royal English Tea instead of Earl Grey, but my mom loved her white mocha. Gio had great service at the mic box and at the window. Thank you Gio!?

Went through the line to enjoy the 50% off drink at 5:58 and they proceeded to say that if i saw the time it was past 6 o’clock. Which again it wasn’t.So they claimed to not honor it anymore since it was past the time frame which it clearly was not . I will not be coming back to this Starbucks .
