“This has to be the friendliest Starbucks I've ever been in. The workers are so kind and cheerful, I got a cute message on my cup of coffee, and the whole store cheered to celebrate one of the barista's 10th anniversary with Starbucks.
Bonus points for the comfy armchairs.“
“I wanted to take a moment to recognize Jayden for the outstanding customer service he provides. I travel throughout the day and visit several Starbucks locations, often stopping at four or five different stores each week. Out of all the Starbucks employees I encounter, Jayden is by far the best.
My coffee is always made perfectly, which unfortunately is not something I can say about many other locations, even though my order is very simple. Jayden consistently gets it right every single time. Beyond that, he is always in a great mood, genuinely friendly, and takes the time to ask how your day is going.
What really stands out is that he knows me by name and makes every visit feel personal and welcoming. Employees like Jayden are the reason customers keep coming back. He represents Starbucks exceptionally well, and I hope he receives the recognition he deserves for his hard work, professionalism, and positive attitude.

“Molly at deserves her own fan club. Seriously. If there were an Olympics for baristas, she’d be taking home the gold every single time.
Every time I walk in, Molly is smiling, upbeat, and somehow remembers exactly how to make my coffee perfect. And I mean perfect. The drink is always spot-on the kind of consistency you wish every Starbucks had but almost never does. You can tell she genuinely cares about what she’s doing and about the people she’s serving.
What really stands out though is the entire team. The staff here is unbelievably friendly, positive, and welcoming every single time. It doesn’t matter if it’s early morning chaos or later in the day. Everyone is always kind, helpful, and moving with a level of energy that makes the whole place feel different from other locations.
Because of Molly and this amazing crew, this is the only Starbucks I will ever go to. They’ve completely set the bar for what great service should look like.
If Starbucks corporate is reading this give Molly a raise, a promotion, and maybe her own store while you’re at it. She’s that good.“
