We always order on the app and go through the drive thru. The girl who checked us out was very rude. She told us we should have waited longer to pick up. We have never had that problem before. We do this 2 to 3 times a week. It was ready in 2 min. Imnot sure what the issue was. There was no one in front of us in the drive thru.
The barista Alex, was so sweet and patient with all four of us taking our orders through the drive thru! He had a smile on his face the whole time. He was by far the nicest Starbucks employee I have ever encountered ☺️
