I've been going to this Starbucks for years and I can't remember ever being disappointed. The staff has always been friendly and efficient. My orders have always been exactly what I wanted. They're very consistent from one visit to the next, even when it was an entire year between visits. I didn't rate the Food category because I've never purchased any, but I would be surprised to hear that anyone would be disappointed.
This is location is hit or miss. Good food and good drinks, and the atmosphere inside is nice. I've never had a bad experience talking with any of the workers. But, I've had the problem multiple times where they don't fill my cup. And I don't mean just up to the top, I mean I order a venti and I get a tall in a venti cup. It's not every time but it is frequent enough to be a concern.This was what a got the last time I ordered a grande. Very disappointing every time it's happened....read full review
