Not really happy the last couple of visits. It’s now 4:30 pm and why do the employees running the store look so dirty? The store itself needs attention, never food in the display case, no napkins or straws available. You have to ask for straws just to receive soaked, wet straws! This location has definitely gone downhill!

Be careful every time I’ve been there. My sandwich is not cooked. Bacon is raw and egg cold in cold in the middle. that is extremely unhealthy and can make you sick call today , no store manager, but another kid answered the phone, who is very rude, and had no clue what he was doing talking to a customer.. this happen 3 times I have been there this month.
Millennials running the show have no sense of service. Close well before 7pm. Start shutting down equipment and locking doors at 6:45pm and lock the door behind you.
I've been going to this Starbucks for years and I can't remember ever being disappointed. The staff has always been friendly and efficient. My orders have always been exactly what I wanted. They're very consistent from one visit to the next, even when it was an entire year between visits. I didn't rate the Food category because I've never purchased any, but I would be surprised to hear that anyone would be disappointed.

This is location is hit or miss. Good food and good drinks, and the atmosphere inside is nice. I've never had a bad experience talking with any of the workers. But, I've had the problem multiple times where they don't fill my cup. And I don't mean just up to the top, I mean I order a venti and I get a tall in a venti cup. It's not every time but it is frequent enough to be a concern.This was what a got the last time I ordered a grande. Very disappointing every time it's happened. I'm to the point that I'm going to alway check my order before leaving to make sure I actually get my drink and not a half full grande cup with half my drink missing.
