Staff and product was fine, parking and waiting line design is terrible. Half of spaces are inaccessible due to drive up line, curbs are so tight that turns into drive up hits curbs.
The wonderful, older woman who was working the register around 8:10am 11/17 was literally so kind and sweet that she kept me from having an anxiety attack. It was jam packed in Starbucks today because of red cup day. I had no idea that was a thing. I was shoulder to shoulder with people and I felt like the walls were closing in on me.
