This location has gone down hill. Some employees have left and new people are there, busy talking during the morning rush. The take out option was unavailable, so ordering had to be in person. Employees seemed unhappy. However, one drink was AMAZING. A caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino is pretty good, and the coffee Frappuccino is liked. Food and coffee are fine. Anytime in the area, this location is visited. Baristas are friendly and give suggestions for something new. Always clean. No drive thru but additional seating outside. On the other hand, the last 3 visits have been bad. Two burritos took over 20 mins and were cold. The person who made it failed, and the person who set it out put it in the wrong spot and did not call the name out until later. This is the slowest Starbucks on earth with no drive through and an inefficient workflow.
