My visit on 12/18 at 9:25am was truly a fail in terms of customer service & satisfaction. Hannah successfully took our order but execution on the part of Alexandra was a fiasco. My wife's hot chocolate was not made to order and the breakfast sandwich along with my peppermint mocha... never came. Ordinarily I wouldn't be as disappointed as I am... but Alexandra's "don't care rude behavior" made my bad experience even worst. Of course the order was remade, but the way she just plopped the order on the counter was unprofessional and merited this review. I'm so sorry Alexandra was having a bad day but this is not my problem. She needs to be re-trained in customer service along with an attitude readjustment if the business wants to provide it's customers with a positive experience. Thank you.

The employees were all very attentive and focused on getting everyone what they wanted as quickly as possible, on top of being very polite. Every time I have been to this particular location I have always been in and out at a way faster pace than pretty much any other Starbucks I've been to, and my orders are always correct.Vegetarian options: I love the fact that they have plenty of options that are strictly vegetarian.Wheelchair accessibility: There is always plenty of space if a wheelchair is needed.
normally i always go to this starbucks, and the food and drinks are always the best!! however, when i ordered the time was 7:48, and my drink came out at 8:03. I ordered an ICED sugar cookie latte, and they served me a HOT sugar cookie latte. along with the mixup, i didn’t get my reusable red cup!!!!!!!! everyone else got one, so i don’t understand why i didn’t get one!!! love you though☺️☺️
Very nice ladies! Went above and beyond for getting me a hard cup for my niece. She looooves Starbucks but doesnt need the coffee. Thank you!

Thank you Starbucks for being so kind!I asked for water and what did I get water!I am homeless for the time being an Tessa and the staff here were really polite!You can count on Starbucks when you need help especially when you are flat broke & haven't shaved or showered in days!Thank you for the food & help when i needed it. 5 stars!
