I wanted to leave a a nice comment for the two lady’s working your customer floor today! I love Starbucks coffee but never make you feel welcome!!! Well today not only did I feel at home my coffee was above expectations they take pride in their work and themselves. We need more people like these two ladys!!!!!
I don't go to Starbucks super often so whenever I do, I'm never sure on what to order. I asked the barista to surprise me! Just wanted something iced and sweet. And she made me some kind of caramel iced coffee creation! It was sooooo

Cashier was friendly and ring me up and checked my giftcard balance without me asking. I loved my Grande Caramel Macchiato (hot). Also I asked for a cup of water- I was expecting some small dinky cup, but they gave ice water in a large cup. It's those little things. Great customer service. Pleasant surprise.
