Starbucks offers excellent customer service, with friendly cashiers who are attentive to customers' needs. The employees are very nice, and the atmosphere is great, making it an awesome place to start the day. The coffee shop provides large cups of ice water upon request, which is a pleasant surprise. Staff take pride in their work, making customers feel welcome and valued. They often know regulars by name and pay attention to what is happening in their lives, adding a little something extra to brighten their day. Recently, customers have expressed their gratitude for the kindness shown by the staff, highlighting their positive experiences. However, there have been some issues, like delays in service; for instance, customers have waited for 20 minutes for cold coffee and sandwiches, which were mistakenly put at the drive-through. Despite this, the high-quality coffee continues to exceed expectations and keeps customers returning for more. New items like the protein cold foam have also been well-received, adding to the enjoyable experience.
