“Store was clean. Online ordering was seamless. The staff were very nice, however it took almost 13 minutes for them to piece out my total order. One drink, then two bakery items, the second drink for the customer in front of me , the customer in front of them received more of their order, then my second drink, back to the first customer's waiting order, my third drink, then the customer in front of me is still trying to figure out what they are missing. The employee making the drive thru drinks is now assisting the inside order drink employee and inquired what was I still waiting on...I then had to ask for a bag for my items.
Ordered delivery last week and watched the delivery person, via the app, wait almost 20 minutes from the time they arrived to when they left. I sent a text asking if the store was busy and they basically reported the same experience I had today.“
“My order is always made correctly, the employees I've interacted have always been very polite, friendly, and helpful. I knows it's a little gesture but they always leave a little note or draw a picture on the cup which makes me smile. They are always pretty busy so I think it's a nice that they put in the extra effort. It also speaks to the positive and friendly environment the employees create.
I have no stars on the food because I have never ordered food from this location so I can give an opinion either way. But as stated above orders have always been made correctly, well prepared with care, aesthetically pleasing, not just thrown together. Quality ingredients never experienced anything off putting with any of my drink orders.
For how busy this location is they maintain a good environment and maintain high standards.
Highly recommend this Starbucks location if you are in the area and need a caffeine fix and a smile 🙂“
