Good coffee and Jace is a great customer service representative. The kindest Starbucks worker I’ve ever met. He noticed I was waiting longer than usual and handed me a gift card without me noticing the time. He went above and beyond expectations.
Thank you to Jace and Emma for their incredible work, they were efficient and enjoyable to talk to. This store is very lucky to have them both.
