The staff clearly enjoys working here and it shows in their service. They're never fussy about refills and always accommodate requests with a smile.
Practically speaking, they're always well-stocked, including oat milk for those who need it. I am never worried about them not having something for my family to make a quick stop.

“Just want to send a shout out to Anastasia for providing exceptional customer service!She has memorized my order and made a recommendation about a cold brew when I was inquiring. I told her I would try it. She said if I didn’t like it, she would make my normal order. Mind you, this was at 6:30 in the morning and they were busy but she still took the time to meet and exceed my expectations! Great job to her and the staff! “Location of this Starbucks is inside of a Target store. When walking up, an employee was sweeping from under the counters trying to retrieve something. The bad thing was, there was so much garbage underneath and she pushed it back under. This was an area that obviously should have been swept and cleaned a LONG time ago. Bad impression. The staff appeared rushed and uneasy. I've been to a lot of Starbucks. Nothing like this one.“
“I’ve been having a terrible couple of weeks. Mom had to have unexpected surgery amongst other things. I ordered a Brown sugar shaken espresso. I asked if the Bar partner to shake it like they were angry at it and the clatter of ice cubes in the shaker could be audibly enjoyed from the window.
As former partner of 18 years it really brings me a ton of joy to interact with partners and this store is no exception.

“My wife and friend had the Caramel Iced Protein Green Macha Tea (Grande), which both had so much ice the drink itself was likely 1/4 of the cup. I had the Vanilla Protein Latte (Venti), which was excellent. I wood have given 5 stars if the ratio of Macha vs Ice was more realistic, like half-n-half, or better yet 1/4 ice and 3/4 Macha tea. I recommend shaking the Macha tea in a separate ice container (to chill it) then pour it into the cup with 1/2 or less ice, but I doubt Starbucks will incorporate any recommendations from a semi-normal veteran. Regardless, if you want a Protein drink from Starbucks, I recommend having the Vanilla Protein latte (hot), or ask for 1/3 or 1/4 ice in your cup. Sip well!“

“This Starbucks is really good, the location is nice, the building is very very nice and really big. Probably the biggest starbys I’ve seen. Drive thru was done really well, flow of traffic in said drive thru has been great the 3 times I’ve been there since yesterday while working down here. Absolutely recommend!“
“Love the coffee as always, ordered my usual croissant and hot caramel macchiato. On a Tuesday afternoon, I was able to use the wifi and have no issues with the Internet speed, considering how many other people were also working. The staff were nice and the customers were also very considerate. Very busy as expected for the afternoon, the barista's customer service was polite nonetheless. Great Starbucks, wish I could make it my regular stop!
Kid-friendliness: It's more of an environment for older kids and adults. You don't usually see kids in there for longer than it takes to get their order.“
“Note: this is for the Starbucks which is across walkway from the bagel place and not for the location by the CNBC store--because for some reason, there needs to be 2 Starbucks 100 feet from each other. Great service and friendly staff. My matcha frap was made to perfection. Since matcha is relatively new for Starbucks, their matcha drinks are very inconsistent from store to store. The strength of the matcha varies widely and wildly. This one, at least this server, got it right“
“I am impressed with the changes made here. The condiment bar is open and well stocked. The service is much quicker and the baristas are friendly and helpful. Starbucks seems to be returning to the things that we all enjoyed before Covid. Good job!“

“Don’t place your order at the remote drive thru kiosk. This location is near a four lane road so very loud and the person taking the order cannot hear. I ordered a venti vanilla cappuccino (repeated twice) then proceeded to pay window. I received a cup of black coffee only half full topped with foam. No vanilla. Not what I ordered. They cannot hear with all the traffic noise. Next time I am ordering from the pay window.“
