“Starbucks usually never disappoints. I enjoy their menu very much. I have tried several items off their menu and they are always tasteful. I enjoy their cheese danish, banana bread and chocolate croissants to name a few food items. Their drinks never lack. Would recommend them to anyone who enjoys coffee and breakfast items. Their lunch items are not bad either but I prefer the breakfast.“
“Personally this is the best Starbucks in Ft Myers. I’ve visited several locations several times and I must admit that this spot takes the cake. Terri and her crew provide phenomenal service and honestly they’re the friendlier of Baristas in our local area. I wouldn’t bother going to another Starbucks as long as they’re here. “Went there ON SUNDAY ordered 3 drinks Ty was very professional , had my order out in a timely manner, he had a line of customers yet he never lost he’s cool, he had a smile on the entire time I wish this young man well and a life full of success with that attitude he willDefinitely go places, (would make an extraordinary barista j/s). What ever he makes an hour is not enough I saw him do more by himself than other times when there’s 2/3 girls there. Did I mention the positive attitude ?“
“Best Starbucks around. Coffee is always exactly as ordered. Very polite staff. Only complaint is they sometimes "run out " of my preferred breakfast sandwhich.Parking: Not an issue with parking spaces per se, but driving a truck in the area, especially turning out of their drive through, is an inconvenience.“
“There's a guy at this location, I want to say his name is Andy...He is always so nice. I stopped at a different Starbucks on my way to work today and they messed up my drink. I stopped here in hopes that they would fix it for me and they made me a new one with no problem! Location nearly every day on my way to work and never have any problems. She always is so cheerful and knew me by name after only 2 visits by voice when I ordered through the drive thru! She is very personable and her positive energy helps me begin my day. I look forward to stopping by for my morning coffee and extra shot of Mitzy’s positive happy energy! Customer service is something that lacks in society today as well as kindness. I think Mitzy needs to be recognized as I am sure she brings smiles to so many!“
“The cafe was neat and clean, and I got to enjoy a nice conversation with a friend that I haven't seen for a while. The staff also brought us a complimentary coffee that is coming out soon and it was delicious. I can't remember the name of it, but it was green with a white topping in the middle. ☕Kid-friendliness: Customer service was great. Very friendly and courteous.“
“We did the drive thru picked up a couple of breakfast sandwiches 4 drinks.. coffees were spot on the sandwiches were delish but he best experience was the window girl JULZ she was awesome sweet friendly and went above and beyond for our request!!! “I live very close to this Starbucks so they see me pretty much everyday. I cannot say enough good things about the team at this Starbucks. The people here are always so nice. They have gotten to know me and say hello to me anytime I come in to grab my coffee each morning. Today was a little bit of a bad day for me and I spilled my iced coffee when I exited the Starbucks. I came back inside to order another one and they actually made me another one completely free. That was so incredibly kind of them. I wish I was their CEO. I would give them all raises. That is how much I really appreciate the simple kindness I receive from this place each day. Thank you guys. Seriously.“
“One of the African American lady staff working on January 9th 2024 before 11am really showed superb customer service. I asked for a cup of warm water for my kid. Even though I did not buy anything on this visit due to airport security check, she offered and helped me steam the water to the right temperature so my kid can have warm water when he is not feeling well. This employee is the type of Starbucks employee who makes me want to come back to Starbucks.“

“I like the new look for the most part. I get that it's trying to look more modernized like every other restaurant/coffee shop, but I liked the sense of hominess that it had before a little better. Other than that, it's nice that this location has better utilization of space so not everyone feels so scrunched together as I'm sure they did the way it was set up before.“
“They have birthday cake pops which my 3 yr old loves. Also had the cappuccino which was great. Flight was delayed for 8 hours and went back later to the evening and asked if they sold milk. Told them it was for a baby bottle and they happily gave me a large cup of milk. My baby will sleep well on the flight now. Thank you.“
“Staff is kind and courteous. The lobby is always clean. The items I frequently purchase are always available. I saw a few negative reviews regarding no wi-fi? But wi-fi is, in fact, available and I had no issues connecting and working from my laptop. One of my favorite locations.“
