Little Red Rambo was my favorite when we were there and encouraged me to find a little orange kitty when I got home to rescue since I live out of state. I’m a regular at Burma Kava Bar, and I want to specifically recognize Tiff for consistently outstanding service. She’s friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the menu, and she always takes the time to make sure customers feel welcome and taken care of.
Tiff does a great job engaging with both regulars and first-time guests, keeps things organized during busy times, and brings a positive, calm energy to the bar. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and contributes a lot to the overall vibe and success of the place.
Burma Kava Bar is better because of her, and service like this is a big reason people keep coming back. Highly recommend stopping in when Tiff is working.“

It was our first time in the area, and the coffee shop gave us a special place, with a warm and cozy atmosphere, and incredibly friendly faces daily!!! While we may have been to town to visit friends, this coffee shop became a highlight of our trip!!! The food was always delicious (please find a way to ship me apple and cinnamon empanadas!!), the drinks were superb (I'm already craving another mocha frappe!!!), and the service was truly unbeatable. First of all, the STAFF!! They are hands-down the nicest, most high-energy humans on the planet. They made us feel like absolute royalty from the second we pulled up. The vibes were just immaculate! 🌈✨
And can we talk about the Banana Bread Freeze?! 🍌🍞 It is literal magic in a cup. I’m not kidding—it tastes EXACTLY like a fresh, warm loaf of banana bread straight out of the oven. It is easily the best thing I’ve ever tasted. I’m officially hooked!

“Don’t place your order at the remote drive thru kiosk. This location is near a four lane road so very loud and the person taking the order cannot hear. I ordered a venti vanilla cappuccino (repeated twice) then proceeded to pay window. I received a cup of black coffee only half full topped with foam. No vanilla. Not what I ordered. They cannot hear with all the traffic noise. Next time I am ordering from the pay window.“

“We decided to enjoy a little staycation for my birthday & chose Sanibel Harbour Resort — boy am I glad we did! Beautiful room, outstanding service, two pools and a large hot tub which was relaxing in the evening! The balcony facing the ocean with the fountain sounds from the pool was perfect for my morning Bible study. Love the coffee shop downstairs and the fact that there are restaurants available on site. Will definitely come back!“

“i ordered an iced caramel macchiato and a slice of tiramisu cake. both were absolutely delicious and was the best tiramisu i ever had. neither of my items were overbearingly sweet, which i loved. i often have a hard time finding tiramisu that isn’t too sweet, the same with a caramel macchiato. i will definitely be back when i am around the ft myers area!“

“The coffee here was so good! It costs a pretty penny but everything seemed very fresh and natural and you can see them make the smoothies all with fresh fruit. Everything was really tasty and they had a wide selection of specialty coffees to choose from. They also had a little gift shop area with Jellycat, Rifle Paper co., and luminary hotel merchandise. There was also plenty of seating to enjoy your coffee/breakfast.“

“This little gem has a great selection of Venezuelan, Colombian and Peruvian products, including refrigerated and frozen items. The staff here is wonderful and the food is the real deal. Venezuelan menu with a nice variety...empanadas, pastelitos, cachapas, the best tequeños, and arepas. The cachapas are a good size. The tequeños are actually filled with cheese and not air. All of the empanadas are good. They have all the authentic sauces to enjoy with your meal.“

“I’ve been having a terrible couple of weeks. Mom had to have unexpected surgery amongst other things. I ordered a Brown sugar shaken espresso. I asked if the Bar partner to shake it like they were angry at it and the clatter of ice cubes in the shaker could be audibly enjoyed from the window.

As former partner of 18 years it really brings me a ton of joy to interact with partners and this store is no exception.

“The ox tail stew with moro rice and plantains is fantastic! I usually have to head down to Miami or Broward County for something this good! It was tender and just fell off the bone. A large portion and filling! You won't leave hungry. I felt like I was talking to friends or family, such a welcoming environment and friendly staff. I will definitely be back to try other stuff.“
