“I’ve been going to Kava Culture Estero for three years now and it’s been my go to spot. The atmosphere is great for studying and hanging out with friends/family. There are different events for different days which allows the opportunity to meet new people and try new things. All the kava tenders are super nice and are helpful when it comes to picking out drinks and giving different options. Georgia and Hallie are great nighttime kava tenders who I see often and always have me leaving satisfied by letting me know the best deals and serving yummy drinks!“

“Came in on my birthday and the entire staff sang “Happy Birthday” to me, which genuinely made my day. Everyone was so friendly, kind, and welcoming. I accidentally placed my mobile order way too early, but they made no issue out of it and were super understanding. Everything was made perfectly and with great quality. You can really tell the staff here cares about their customers and the environment they create. Definitely one of my favorite locations and would recommend this store over any other.“

The food is consistently hot and fresh, and today, the lovely worker gave us two free donuts because of a long wait time for our food. The employees are all kind and I’ve only had one situation where they lost my mobile order ticket and told me I probably ordered it at the grand oaks location. I didn’t. “Honestly this is one of the nicest mcdonald's i've ever been to. My only criticism is that we ordered the big breakfast platter with pancakes and they did not serve it with butter or syrup. We had to go back up to the front and try to get someone's attention.There was nobody at the front register area at the time. Please train your employees to include proper acutrements with meals. The food was delicious though.“
