The shop is full of an array of olive oils and vinegars, delectable seasonings, and culinary trinkets. Highly recommend even if you go for a quick beverage. “My girl Crystal got me set up!! I told her about my allergy to almond milk (which is normally in the drink I got) and asked if she could switch it to 2%, and she was so accommodating and kind!! “I used to work at the store adjacent to this Starbucks and I had a really weird experience with one of the cashiers. So, the experience itself was that a woman was offering to pay for my drink in line. She mentioned this to the cashier in hopes of performing this random act of kindness. I was shocked to hear when the cashier said “we don’t do that here” and his reasoning for saying that was completely inaccurate.I ended calling the company and asking if that was even a policy to which they responded back saying “we don’t have a policy”. This clearly serves my point that every worker needs to be properly trained in any customer service role since the end result is servicing the customer. But luckily I had some money on the app. I didn’t get the chance to get his name but he was not willing to be considerate of the said woman’s generosity.“
“The coffee n food are great! The ambience is nice I usually go through the drive thru. The staff are friendly n It usually goes quickly except for when training new baristas at one time I thought they were training the whole staff at once but for the most part I'm glad that it's close about a mile from me I wouldn't want to travel further for my coffee.“
“This is definitely a hidden gem in Estero, Florida. I live in the villas Florida. I usually go to Wally's for breakfast or I have but I think this is my new favorite muncha crunch spot. Last time I had come here I wanted to come here but I went to the taco place instead, I got a breakfast burrito which was 10/10! I didn't eat there, but I ate here today and I got a bacon, egg and cheese with avocado spread! After the sandwich I was about to leave, but then I got decided to get a drink. I got the caramel iced coffee latte It didn't take long for the lady at the counter to make my sandwich and drink! When I tell you, this was the most delicious sandwich I've ever eaten and I am from New Jersey so I know what good sandwiches taste like! 5/5 stars! I highly recommend this place is very low-key. It's connected to a gas station, and there's also a taco place which is very delicious as well. Definitely will be back and tell all my friends and family about how dank delicious this place is!
