I’ve been a regular here for awhile and today I received my first encounter with an employee that had an attitude. I placed a mobile order and I work in fast food and I understand waiting a bit for connection issues and giving time to make the items. I was given exceptional service by an employee named Griffin. He definitely lives up to Starbucks values and goes out of his way to create a great experience for the customers.He definitely deserves some recognition for his dedication and hard work.
