About Chocolattés Downtown

Chocolattés Downtown offers great coffee and food in a friendly setting. The staff is described as friendly, accommodating, and receptive to customizations, with service that stays organized and positive even when busy. The coffee, including lattes and matcha, and the food are excellent, and snacks are available. The downtown Fort Myers location features a backyard room that is awesome for remote work. Large groups can put tables together, and food and drinks come out timely and delicious. Some note that lattes were decent but overpriced, and one visit had subpar service when the place was empty and the staff were busy prepping and ignored customers for a bit. Overall, it is highly recommended for both coffee and food, whether stopping in quickly or taking a break.

We enjoyed our evening at Chocolattes so much! A great menu selection (food was delish), even good options for kids. The coffee was amazing, and I can’t wait to try some of the other special drinks.
The vibe is festive, yet laid back and the owners and staff were super friendly and helpful. Time well spent!! Can’t wait to go back.

The staff at Chocs is the best staff ever!!! They are friendly, attentive and excellent baristas. Food is delicious (especially the muffins and banana bread). Great place to bring the family or go on a date.

Dropped in for two coffees on a a Friday morning. Lattes were decent but overpriced. Service was subpar. Place was empty except for 1 other couple and the girls working were busy prepping and ignored us for a bit. Definitely didn't care about our experience. Probably won't get coffee here again. So many other options.
