“This Chick fil a has 2 drive thru lanes and a handful of tables outside. No inside tables and counter service. Other than that the service in the drive thru lanes are quick, efficient, and friendly. Prices are reasonable and there’s around 15 items on the menu. Parking is also limited, but free. Location could be congested because it’s on the side of Walmart and near a busy intersection.“

“Every time I come here, the food is always delicious, which is why I came back again today. Unfortunately, this visit was extremely disappointing.

I arrived around 5:00 p.m. and was told they were closed because they had no workers and the power had just come back on. However, as I pulled forward, I saw at least three employees inside. That explanation just didn't make sense to me.
I've experienced a similar situation at Burger King when the power went out, and as soon as the power came back, they resumed serving customers. That's why I was so confused and disappointed by what happened here.

If they simply didn't want to serve customers yet, I would have appreciated an honest explanation instead of being told something that didn't match what I saw. I left feeling very disappointed because I enjoy the food and have always had good experiences here. Don’t hire people that don’t want to work. You’re gonna end up losing more customers. And this is not the first time this has happened. I hope management addresses this because honesty and good customer service are just as important as great food.“

“It was a gas station on the other side of the tracks if you know.The what I mean. The first time, I had Krispy chicken when my son and I went to Mexico Beach to help out after Hurricane michalel. Panama City was hit as well but not as bad. But as bad. Back to the chicken,it was a small gas station that was open. The only one open the others didn't exist. The only food that wasn't wrapped in plastic was this awesome looking,tasty,juicy chicken, and it was had it 3 times a day. I don't know if it was the time, but it was clean. The case was clean "virgo" clean the taste just like I remembered.

Wheelchair accessibility: They had double doors. You could only use one. I don't remember if it was wide enough my stomach was making me blind,a lepacon in a purple suit could walk in, and I wouldn't of noticed. So honestly I don't remember anything else. But the Krispy chicken.“

This establishment also creates fantastic milkshakes and cake that I wholeheartedly recommend for any special occasion.“

“My mom and I came in for lunch and Ms. Connie and her Friday afternoon crew were the best! She made sure I got gluten free bread, and she was so patient and friendly while we took our time to order. The rest of the team was also friendly and very welcoming, all working with smiles. Our food was made fast, and it tasted great! The tenders are breast meat and not nuggets but fillet slices, roughly 1/6th a full breast. Very good! The honey and blueberry biscuits are truly great in their buttery drowned goodness! Their Cajun shrimp and Jambalaya are also very good choices! To be honest, I've never been dissatisfied since they opened a couple years back, and it's just two blocks down the street from where I live. I was a huge KFC/Popeyes fan, but Krispy Krunchy Chicken stole their dollar big time! Definitely a far healthier choice than other fast food fair as well, and the price is very affordable! “This week, I stopped by the Florida Gulf Coast University’s Cohen Center after a class and ordered some Chick-fil-A. When I got up to the counter, there were a few people ahead of me in line. I thought it would take a while before I would be able to order because in the past when I have gone there, service was slow. Luckily, it did not take long at all and was only about five minutes until I was up. The lady at the counter was very sweet and asked me how I was. She spoke in a pleasant, sweet voice as if she was happy to be doing her job. This is very important for companies and employees to have. It is reported that customers love to ramble about Chick-fil-A's overall cleanliness, quick, convenient service, and hardworking employees (Taylor, 2018). Once I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal, it was only about a minute until another employee gave me my food and drink. I love Chick-fil-A so much and was very happy with my experience at FGCU. I do not have it that often, but every time I do, I hope my service experience and food taste delicious.
