“Every time I come here, the food is always delicious, which is why I came back again today. Unfortunately, this visit was extremely disappointing.

I arrived around 5:00 p.m. and was told they were closed because they had no workers and the power had just come back on. However, as I pulled forward, I saw at least three employees inside. That explanation just didn't make sense to me.
I've experienced a similar situation at Burger King when the power went out, and as soon as the power came back, they resumed serving customers. That's why I was so confused and disappointed by what happened here.

If they simply didn't want to serve customers yet, I would have appreciated an honest explanation instead of being told something that didn't match what I saw. I left feeling very disappointed because I enjoy the food and have always had good experiences here. Don’t hire people that don’t want to work. You’re gonna end up losing more customers. And this is not the first time this has happened. I hope management addresses this because honesty and good customer service are just as important as great food.“

“This location is super convenient and close to my house for when I’m craving pizza. Every time I visit, Anthony is there to greet me with a smile. Anthony is a wonderful member of your team. He is always kind and makes sure to assure me all of my sauces are in the box before I even have to ask/check. That may sound minor, but the amount of times other places forget to give me sauces I paid extra for is a lot. That never happens here. He also offers me paper plates and napkins each time, which is appreciated as a young adult usually on the go. He always provides excellent service and I look forward to seeing him when I come to your store :)“

“I drive 20 minutes each way to order from this place. The one close to me is a dumpster on fire. Too bad Little Ceasars doesn’t enforce any standards at all in their franchised stores. LC should pay a visit to this specific store and learn from them. Even the pizza tastes e feels better coming from this store. It’s the best LC store I’ve bought a LC pizza from.“

It was perfect. It couldn’t have been better. I’m almost scared to order the pizza again because I need everybody that was working that day and whatever they were wearing to be the same. I mean, I’m literally not kidding. This was Probably the best pizza I’ve ever had.“

The tenders are breast meat and not nuggets but fillet slices, roughly 1/6th a full breast. Very good! The honey and blueberry biscuits are truly great in their buttery drowned goodness! Their Cajun shrimp and Jambalaya are also very good choices! To be honest, I've never been dissatisfied since they opened a couple years back, and it's just two blocks down the street from where I live. I was a huge KFC/Popeyes fan, but Krispy Krunchy Chicken stole their dollar big time! Definitely a far healthier choice than other fast food fair as well, and the price is very affordable! Give them a shot, you will not be disappointed!“

“This week, I stopped by the Florida Gulf Coast University’s Cohen Center after a class and ordered some Chick-fil-A. When I got up to the counter, there were a few people ahead of me in line. I thought it would take a while before I would be able to order because in the past when I have gone there, service was slow. Luckily, it did not take long at all and was only about five minutes until I was up. The lady at the counter was very sweet and asked me how I was. She spoke in a pleasant, sweet voice as if she was happy to be doing her job. This is very important for companies and employees to have. Customers always want the best experience while getting food, staying at a hotel, or at any hospitality venue. It is reported that customers love to ramble about Chick-fil-A's overall cleanliness, quick, convenient service, and hardworking employees (Taylor, 2018). Once I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal, it was only about a minute until another employee gave me my food and drink. I love Chick-fil-A so much and was very happy with my experience at FGCU. I do not have it that often, but every time I do, I hope my service experience and food taste delicious. Chick-fil-A always seems to satisfy my hunger and makes me keep wanting to come back for more.“

The bread is good for you and makes for a good sammy. You can get all the fixings or nothing at all,the price is the same. The soda is fizzy and you can refill for free.
