The space looks nice, but we did carry out so I did not study the area but there is definitely an out door eat area , and I am not even sure if there is an indoor eating because I waited in the car while my husband went to the window for our pick up. The pizza was good. I would have liked trying a speciality pizza but we had kids to feed so only got pepperoni, and pepperoni pizza is almost always good. Text time I would like to stay for a beer and more complex pizza, then maybe i would give it 5 stars.“
“This coffee is extremely good. I had a basic latte over ice and it was SO flavorful, but also very smooth. My friend tried the Americano, gave it high marks, and another friend the berry smoothie, wonderful, and not an overly sugary thing, and we tried the fresh berry crepe, just perfect! “This is one of the best (hidden secrets) pizza places in Southwest Florida! The staff at Vincenzo's are always friendly and provide amazing service! Every dish I've tried at Vincenzo's has been great, from pasta to strombolis to pizza. We usually order the garlic bread with cheese for our appetizer and then if we have the little one the large pizza. We usually end up taking several slices home. My favorite is the stromboli and the pasta with vodka sauce, a must try. This place can get busy and is very quaint, but worth the wait!“

“I visit Il Pomodoro frequently and have never been disappointed. The food is fresh and delicious and the service is great. We had a celebration of life lunch there for my father in January and I couldn't have been more pleased. Everyone (40 people) raved about the food, and the service for that many people arriving at the same time was unbelievably efficient. I recommend their fish (salmon and grouper are my favorite) and their fresh vegetables. Their sauces are superb. I always feel satisfied and pleased with the value of the food and usually have leftovers to take home.“

Our meals came with salad (option of soup), I had the Baked Rigatoni and my wife had the Tortellini Alla Romano. Our entrees came out fast and were good size portions. For dessert my wife ordered a Cannoli and they comped it since it was my birthday. That was really nice of them they sang to me and everything. Overall, very good experience. “The space inside is large and bright with many tables. You choose food from a menu, order at the counter, and they bring your food out to you (you can order ahead and carry out as well). There are sodas and beer/wine/seltzer options, which was nice. My friend and I both ordered a personal sized pizza. My friend's came out super quickly- mine came out about ten minutes after hers (which was strange because we ordered right after one another), and mine was made incorrectly. So I had to wait even longer, which was slightly annoying but accidents happen and the pizza was WONDERFUL. The crust was perfect and resembled a deep dish, but wasn't as deep. The sauce was tasty and the personal size was just the right amount of food. I saw grinders coming out and they looked amazing, but that is just too much food for me. I would absolutely recommend trying this spot, and I would definitely come back another time!“

“Great pizza. Beware of their stoking of the ovens every day at 3:00pm. We drive down from Punta Gorda a few times a year on the weekend. Last weekend we went to JetBlue Park and then to Grimaldi’s for a pizza. We left JetBlue at 2:15, arrived at Grimaldi’s at 2:45. Hostess notified us that stoking just started, and it would be an hour before they could cook a pizza. We decided to stay and have a few drinks and appetisers . Everything was delicious, but it wasn’t till 4:30 that the pizza came out. I feel that if they post that stoking starts at 3:00, that they should wait till 3:00, not 2:45 We will certainly be back, but will make sure we leave plenty of time in the future.“

She acknowledged the wait was more than usual and offered a complimentary dessert because of it.
