“Went here on a vacation about a month ago, was in the area and decided to stop and get a bite to eat. My Buffalo style chicken tenders were absolutely amazing. If you are looking for something quick and easy this is the place to go. The service was great, the owner was constantly cleaning tables, making sure cutlery, napkins and condiments were stocked. The tribute to Buffalo New York was a sight to see especially being in Florida. All together if you're looking for good food when you don't have a ton of time you need to stop here.“

“Our group of 6 arrived at 6:30 on a Friday night. We got drinks from the bar as they told us of an hour wait; beautiful night so no problem. The crown royal on the rocks was a super generous pour- I'm from the Chicago area and usually get half the alcohol and charged a lot more so this was a welcome change. The server was top notch and somehow memorized all 6 orders and no mistakes when the food came. Orders included fried shrimp. white fish and shrimp tacos. Side dishes: steak fries, sweet potato fries, french fries and clam chowder. Everything was great. I was especially happy with the home made steak fries. I guess the cole slaw left a little to be desired. It was a great night with views of the marina as the day turned to evening. Glad that the Junkanoo is up and running even though I miss the one on the beach.“

Janice was our waitress and she was incredible! energetic, friendly, welcoming, made you feel right at home. i just kept saying to myself, why can’t everyone be like this? this quality of service is hard to come by nowadays in the food industry. you could tell she enjoyed her job and loved seeing people’s reaction to how delicious their food is. the home made sangria is authentic! the garlic bread that came out with our salads was life changing! met all my expectations and more! “Last meal on our trip to FMB was good but not great. Where we were sat was close to the POS terminals and I saw the staff bickering about stuff amongst themselves a couple times which really if it's gonna happen should be out of sight from the guests. The waitress kind of complained about her other tables to us which again is a no-no. The food was exceptional in flavor but crust was a bit soggy in the middle of the pie. I'd definitely come back but I hope the management focuses in their lineups about some steps of service tweaking to make for a more enjoyable guest experience.“
“Buster’s was amazing! Alec was so friendly and efficient as our waiter. He made us feel welcome and comfortable. The food was incredible! So incredible that I annoyed my husband the entire meal with expressing how delicious everything was. We got mozzarella sticks for the appetizer and they were the biggest I have ever seen. So good with the marinara. My cuban sandwich was made to perfection. The meats were tender and juicy, the roll was soft and even the mustard delighted my tastebuds. The side of coleslaw was so good, too! Usually I don’t like the coleslaw sides that restaurants make because it’s a side and an afterthought. Buster’s had to be homemade and created with care. The crinkle fries were cooked perfectly. The portions were huge. I was disappointed I couldn’t finish everything, but I have leftovers. I wish we would have tried this gem sooner! “I visit Il Pomodoro frequently and have never been disappointed. The food is fresh and delicious and the service is great. We had a celebration of life lunch there for my father in January and I couldn't have been more pleased. Everyone (40 people) raved about the food, and the service for that many people arriving at the same time was unbelievably efficient. I recommend their fish (salmon and grouper are my favorite) and their fresh vegetables. Their sauces are superb. I always feel satisfied and pleased with the value of the food and usually have leftovers to take home.“

It was late and they would be closing soon, but they greeted us and took our order.Our server was really nice and had a big group on the other side of the restaurant, but that didn’t slow down her service. “I traveled over 3000 to find the best Italian food in the country! Playing tourist in Cape Coral, a friend and I had an urge for a good, authentic, Italian dinner. We Googled "Italian restaurants near me" and came up with quite a few selections. Looking over the menus on some of them we found them to be quite expensive just for pasta. I found Maria's on my tablet, (as opposed to my partner's phone). It was less than a half mile from where we were staying, and the prices were very reasonable. So off we went. The restaurant is tucked away in a residential area. It is quaint, small and very clean. The staff was wonderful. We ordered our food. I knew mine would take a while to cook as I ordered Linguine with meatballs, so I was not off put when the food did not arrive immediately. But no problem, we were given warm, fresh baked bread cover in melted butter and garlic pieces, and topped with fresh grated parmesan cheese. It was wonderful! We ordered some wine, munched on the bread and talked. Our food arrived and we dug in (but not before I took some pictures of our meals). My partner raved about his ricotta stuffed ravioli. Me, I was blown away by the marinara sauce covering my linguine! Chunk full of garlic and herbs, it was the best marina I have EVER had in a restaurant. The meatballs were scrumptious, and the pasta cooked perfectly. I am glad I live in Washington state, because if I lived in Cape Coral I would eat here every night and get fat as a house! I should also mention that both my partner and I are Italian, so we are quite picky about our pasta and sauces. Maria's did not disappoint. I was only sorry it was our last day in Cape Coral and we could not go back and try other dishes. I can't recommend this restaurant enough. If you love Italian food, you must try Maria's!“

I was told that the original owner sourced the ingredients from the Midwest and the current new owners kept the recipes and the suppliers. I tried the pizza and it was definitely the closest pie to back home. If you are familiar with the Beggars pizza in IL this is pretty much spot on. I would definitely order it again. While it wasn’t the prettiest pizza, it got completely eaten. The tamale with chili looked unappealing, but it also tasted great.“
