“Visited Mastello for the first time during a spring break trip to Fort Myers. We were blown away by the quality, the service, the atmosphere, and the food! Can easily say my steak was the best I've ever had without question. Our server, Lexi, was so pleasant, she made our special night even more enjoyable. “We were in the area, reviews and ratings looked good, so we tried it for lunch. The restaurant is hidden away in a strip mall that is mostly businesses. It is small, but quaint. It was not busy at all at 2:30ish on a Wednesday. We were greeted and seated right away. There was no wait to order drinks or food. The wait for food arrival was acceptable. The wait staff were all very friendly, accommodating and professional. The bolognese sauce was good, but not great. A spice was used that made the sauce taste bitter. The meatballs were good. The pizza was also good. The crust was on the crisp side, but not too crispy. I got extra cheese, pepperoni and 1/2 green olives. I didn't taste much sauce, so probably didn't need extra cheese. If in the area again, we would go back.“
“This is the best jets pizza location I have been to. The food quality is the same as the others but it simply looks great. It actually has dine in options with places to sit and relax unlike cape's jets pizzeria. The staff was nice and accomodating. If there was a small criticism was that the pizza took quite a while longer than normal.“

“Hudson was our waiter and was excellent! Attentive, personable, mature, professional & informative but not constantly in your face. He was very helpful in our ordering and everything we ate was amazing! My husband had the Triple tail and said it was outstanding & I had the stuffed eggplant which was phenomenal! I am originally from New York and generally do not find Italian food in FL to be as authentic as NY Italian food. However every bite of food here was better than the last! Just amazing!!! We will be sure to tell everyone we know about this tremendous experience & restaurant!!! By the way the Tiramisu was the best I have ever had. My husband’s ganache key lime was outstanding too!! “This is a grill with about 6 tables out and 8 to 10 inside. No frills Italian/Mediterranean. Not a quiet atmosphere which we like. I had the blackened mahi mahi lemon caper sauce, rice and spinach. Penne Vodka was very good. More tomato forward than cream which was great. Salad is extra. Drinks reasonable. We will be back.“

“Last meal on our trip to FMB was good but not great. Where we were sat was close to the POS terminals and I saw the staff bickering about stuff amongst themselves a couple times which really if it's gonna happen should be out of sight from the guests. The waitress kind of complained about her other tables to us which again is a no-no. The food was exceptional in flavor but crust was a bit soggy in the middle of the pie. I'd definitely come back but I hope the management focuses in their lineups about some steps of service tweaking to make for a more enjoyable guest experience.“

We enjoyed the pizza, chicken Parm, fettuccine Alfredo with grilled chicken and broccolini and a fish stew special of the night. Highly recommended for families And anyone visiting the area.
