“Decided to go here based on a request in the family and they have a great food allergy program. It is chain restaurant food but still very good and they were able to make sure we were comfortable with our allergy requests. We were all able to have normal meals without anyone feeling excluded (huge plus). Everyone enjoyed the food and the bread sticks we just what we were looking forward to.Dietary restrictions: They were excellent with our allergy requests.“
“This is a wonderful experience for adults. I would not recommend taking your children here. The food is amazing, and the service is top-notch. The entire place is beautiful, but don't come with a light checkbook. It can get very expensive very quickly.“
“I can’t thank Donato’s enough for the great meal and great service they provided this evening for my family and friends. Stephanie was absolutely amazing and treated us above and beyond the standard of service. We come from a small town in New York and know good Italian food; when I saw zucchini flowers as an app, I knew it was going to be good. Dinner was absolutely amazing but we can’t stop raving on the service that was provided. To top it off, it was made known initially that they were short handed and almost had to turn us away, but thankfully accommodated us and provided one of the best meals we’ve had in florida. “I absolutely love this place. Went last night and it was an hour wait. I would not say this is a bad thing, but that people love the food, so the wait is worth it. The staff are great. The atmosphere is appealing. I always feel so comfortable eating here. If I had to choose one Italian place in PC, this one would be my favorite.“

“Small Italian deli/market inside a gas station here. The NY style pizza is good, and they have premade stromboli and calzones available, but they don't always stock the deli anymore. I used to buy this interesting coffee-flavored soda that they stock, but the last bottle I bought was actually spoiled, so no more of that.“
“We love the food at this Italian restaurant. I usually choose the Italian salad side to go with my meal as it's excellent and always fresh. The Fettuccine Alfredo is also the best of any restaurant in our opinion. We've had the pork chop meal in the past and it was excellent too. Their zucchini frites were crispy and delicious, and the sautéed spinach side dish was really tasty too. We found out the hard way that their Marinara sauce has anchovies in it, so now we make sure to get Pomodoro sauce, but they happily replaced it. Highly recommend this restaurant!“
“We ate here for the 1st time and have found our Truly Authentic Italian restaurant in the area, and believe me, we've tried all of them! The sauce and meatballs are identical to my Mother's! The owner, and the husband and wife who run the front are the nicest people! The prices are much lower than Pioneer's, Gina's, etc...and the portions are huge! Can't wait to try the pizza!!!“
“We ordered the coal fired pizza takeaway, even after a long drive home it was still very good, I would suggest dinning in for a better experience. The woman at the counter was very pleasant and welcoming. The prices are comparable to most places. Next time we visit Port Charlotte, we will dine in.“

The place is always busy BUT they process very quick, so don't let first impressions deter you from the experience. Very good service and the food- belismo! The portions will astound you along with the quality of the dish. Don't worry about desert-you will have to take it to go!“
“Ordered large cheese and large pepperoni and cheese. Both were cooked to my liking (well done). I thought the pizza was really good ? One suggestion I would make is to cut back the salt in either the cheese or seasoning. Definitely a really good pizza and very reasonably priced. Also had a scoop of peanut butter gelato and that was super yummy!“
