First of all, Renee our server was excellent! There were eight of us from the Punta Gorda Sailing Club (Sea Gals) having lunch. Renee had everything prepared for us when we arrived: menus at each place setting along with napkins and silverware, as well as several bowls of herb olive oil to accompany the warm baked bread that was offered. Food and service are great. Teresa is the most attentive server we've ever had
We are regular customers and always loved Donato’s. Tonight’s dinner was disappointing. The fresh mozzarella is our favorite and it is usually spectacular. Tonight, not so much. It obviously was not pulled fresh as usually is the case and what is advertised. It was dense and obviously not fresh.
