Food had some good and some not so good items.. one item not good was the hamburger which was lacking, it probably would had been good except for the fact it was so undercooked it was mooing.. the drinks were great and going a few times over the last few months you can enjoy the camadrie of the place, as well it isn't so crowded if you go off-season.. after the last very crowded visit, we'll probably not be back til after the crazy in-season rush... Owner is local and connected to celebrities, sports legends, and politicians. The restaurant walls are covered with photos (before selfies) of hundreds of well known people and the owner.It’s dog-friendly. It’s the dog days of summer in southwest Florida. My wife and I went here in the first week of January 2024. We're from Fort Lauderdale and I'm working on Sanibel Island. We ordered the Shrimp White Pizza, the Chicken Wings, the Meatloaf, and the NE Clam Chowder to go. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. We got chicken wings from two other places and didn't like either. The wings at Sanibel Grill were awesome.
