My friends and I have been coming to Sanibel for 24 years. This year was hard for me personally. Recently diagnosed with Alpha Gal a severe allergy to many things including meat dairy eggs and others. Already was allergic to gluten. I was afraid I wouldn't have food options on the island until I found The Sanibel Sprout. Their coconut bacon BLT saved my life and I went there 5 out of 7 days. Açaí bowls were delicious. Staff was super friendly. Definitely recommend
The mango smoothie and iced latte were delicious! Will definitely be back to try one of the açaí bowls🤤
The shop had such a bright and positive vibe - the staff and local artist we chatted with were all so very kind & welcoming!
