“This was a very happy visit. I’ve been coming to Sanibel Cafe since the ‘80s. This was first time back since they reopened after the devastation from Hurricane Ian. Excellent food and exceptional service. After visiting around the island we stopped back so my daughter could buy a mug and jam ?♥️and our server remembered us from the morning. Perfect !“
“We arrived about 45minutes before closing + they (about 3 staff members) were doing their clean up. We said we’d hurry and sit outside. They were so kind and reminded us that they didn’t close until 2 and that we were more than welcome to stay inside if we wanted to. They even told us about the park across the street, as we were visiting with young kiddos. Very friendly staff, welcoming environment, + their cold brew with oat milk was absolutely delicious!! Our 7-year daughter got a smoothie + ? from her as well. Thanks!!“
“I absolutely love big energy cafe! From the moment you walk in, you are welcomed by a friendly staff with a fun energy and vibe. The drinks and food are always fresh and delicious. You have to try the gluten free muffins! After working out at dream fit next door it’s a perfect spot to come for my protein shakes as well. Also kid friendly! “Absolutely loved the vibe here at Markos Diner, the staff are fantastic, very friendly. The atmosphere is amazing and has that 60’s diner feel, all hail the Fonz! Haha, we are visiting from Canada and got the pleasure of finding this gem, was greeted at the table by the owner David. The staff are friendly. Such a great guy. “GREAT LOCAL CAFE here in SWFL !! MacGregor blvd. has a lot of places to stop in for desserts and coffee. However this cafe offers more. Home-made soups and sandwiches, danish's,and cookies. Atmosphere, is warm, inviting, and comfortable The home-made ice cream is absolutely amazing! "THEY ALSO CATER" highly recommended to stop in become a regular.“
“We moved to Florida going on 4 years and ate at Summerlin, we liked so much we eat their 2 or 3 times a week. We got to know the family and enjoy visiting them and our special waitress, that always makes our visit joyable. I highly recommend summerlin cafe!!“
“Breakfast, lunch or dinner menu is available anytime during business hours. French dip with au jus sauce, tomato slice, pickles. Navy bean soup. I’ll give the soup 5 stars. Sandwich was hot, bread was fresh, just wish the meat had more flavor. Waitress was very efficient. Prices were reasonable.“

“I had lunch with my Grandmother at The Speckled Egg. We both ordered the CYO wrap. The wrap portion was so large we probably could have split a wrap. The food was freshly prepared. The staff was friendly and helpful. The dining room was nothing special, but it was clean which counts the most. “Brunch today was incredible. We knew it was going to be good by the packed parking lot and we were right. A short wait, but totally worth it. Ham and cheese omelette, stuffed French toast with strawberries, and stuffed pancakes topped with Oreos were all amazing. Side of bacon was cooked perfectly too. Their whole menu looks great and I cannot wait to try more. As busy as they were our food came out fast and hot and the servers were attentive and friendly“
