“This Cafe was so good that we visited it twice during our week on Sanibel Island! The breakfasts were delicious, and the lunch menus were, too! (Breakfast is available all day…to 2 pm!) Everyone from the servers to the cooks to the checkout people were super-friendly. The servings are generous and the tables are unique objects of art, having designs of shells under glass. I also picked up a beautiful handmade pottery mug from a resident artist at the checkout!“

Didn’t know what to expect walking in in a Florida Panthers jersey to a Boston bar but as soon as I walked in, Burt greeted me with a handshake and immediately offered to find the Panthers game for me. “Wow! Had never been until last night, although we frequently visit Sanibel. Can’t say enough about the quality of the food. My new all time favorite. A salad with tomatoes, watermelon, mozzarella, roasted pumpkin seed and a great dressing. Smoked tenderloin was a unique and fantastic dish.“
