“Today marked a memorable occasion, and my husband and I chose to celebrate at our beloved, favorite Masala Mantra Indian Bistro. It's our anniversary! The food and service there never fail to impress. I often find myself declaring Indian cuisine as my top pick among all the international flavors out there! The warmth of Indian hospitality is truly delightful. Our waiter, Akhil, is exceptional—his attentive and meticulous service stands out every time. The restaurant consistently maintains a pristine, fresh, and elegantly appointed atmosphere. Akhil and the manager went above and beyond to make our anniversary unforgettable. They surprised us with a scrumptious slice of mango cheesecake, adorned with a candle, and handed me a lighter to ignite it and mark the occasion! How thoughtful is that? And the portions on the baked spaghetti could feed 3 people! “Nice place. Our waitress was very attentive, kept our ice tea full and remembered to keep plenty of Splena on the table. I ordered the Seafood Cobb Salad. I am a Cobb Salad fan and order one where ever I go. This one was huge and I mean a 12” plate piled on. All of the individual components were plentiful 5 grilled shrimp on top, tons of cherry tomatoes, a half a pig of bacon, bleu cheese, onions, and the rest were stacked high. Only thing that would have made it better would be chopped greens. I had to get a “kitty bag” for later. Desert was their Banana Bread Pudding with toasted bananas. Again huge could have shared it with 3. Wife ordered Crème Brûlée which she wouldn’t share. Only bump was wife’s entre, Dolphin fish came out topped with tomatoes which she is deathly allergic (not mentioned on the menu) but not to worry, they made her another lickety split. Two entrées, appetizer, ice tea, desert and nice tip came to just under $100 about average for a decent Cape Coral restaurant. Big smiles on this one.????“
