About Cork Soakers Deck & Wine Bar

Cork Soakers Deck & Wine Bar is a restaurant known for its delicious and reasonably priced food, focusing on steaks and hand-held items. The restaurant is situated where Cape Coral and North Fort Myers meet, on Hancock Bridge Pkwy. The bourbon and wine lists have received praise for being impressive. Standout dishes include the grilled cheese and tomato soup, as well as the Crab Cake & Mango Salad starter. The service is often described as attentive and friendly, with a recent highlight being a bartender who has made a significant impact on customers. The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating, although some customers wish there was seating at the inside bar. Cork Soakers is viewed as a local gem and a recommended spot for those looking to enjoy quality cuisine in the area.

Customers have praised the restaurant's brunch on Sundays, with an amazing bloody Mary. They also enjoy the rotation on the menu and the food and staff, with the roasted beet goat cheese salad and cheddar bacon biscuits being highlighted as incredibly delicious. The deviled eggs are a must-try, and customers always get great service at the bar. While the staff does an amazing job, some customers feel the management could do more to staff the restaurant correctly and promote the establishment, as it is often not as packed as it could be considering its location and menu.
