“I have been coming to this restaurant for 9 years and it never disappoints. The chicken tacos are absolutely amazing and the guacamole dip is hands down the best I’ve ever had. Everything always tastes so fresh and authentic. You can truly tell they care about the quality of their food and service.

Another thing I really appreciate is how clean the restaurant always is, especially the bathrooms. It’s rare to find a place that stays this consistent for so many years. This has become one of my favorite comfort spots and I’ll never stop coming back. Highly recommend!“

“We went on a busy Taco Tuesday at 7. It's a good thing we had reservations, there were a lot of people waiting outside.
Since it was taco night we had tacos amd it appeared they made their own corn tortillas, these were excellent. We had the server IRIS. She was great, knowledgeable, spoke good English and very fun and prompt.
The customers were mixed med age and old about like you would see in Gulf Coast Town Center.
They have 6.00 Margaritas on Tuesday, we added a shot of Grand Marnier for 3.00, which made them better.
IRIS and the food made our night.
Also the atmosphere is done well if feels like we were in Mexico“

Wife had chimi and the sauce she said wasn't the greatest, I had the fajita plate special and I was happy impressed! The avocado salsa is incredible! Not to mention you get a DRINK woth your meal! The service is most often slow & somewhat disorganized, but it’s a family-run quiet establishment where you can sip, munch (you get chips & salsa) & RELAX while waiting for the food. So, if you come here uptight & expecting fast spectacular service, you’ll probably be disappointed. “Oh my goodness. What a gem tucked away in San carlos! Sopas were the greatest thing we ordered. The guacamole was fresh and chunky! The burrito was huge! My tosadas were soggy by the time I got home but that didn't deter from how amazing they were. I can't wait to go back!
