Legit Mexican Food!We were out and about the other day and had an urge for some tacos or similar. I did a little internet search and found La Poblanita. Reviews sounded good so we gave it a try. This place is great! It's located in a strip mall. You enter into a large room with many tables and chairs. Best Mexican in SWFL, don't let anyone tell you otherwise. This place has turned into my gold standard for authentic Mexican food and honestly the best I've ever had. Tortillas made fresh in house, salsa always has some real heat and is outstanding, and very generous portions of meat across all dishes. Service is quick and we always have our food within 10-15 min of sitting down. Been coming here for 4 years and still haven't had anything else better.

Locals place, and mostly frequented by Latin folks looking for a taste of home, which is always a good sign in a place like this. The tacos were a little over-seasoned and a bit salty, but otherwise first rate. Seat yourself, and grab a beer or other beverage out of the racks before you sit down. That's the process. ? Enjoy!
