I usually get a very good chicken salad. It big, lots of chicken and shredded cheese. Today? No. I got a container of lettuce, approx 10 slivers of shredded cheese and a few small pieces of grilled chicken. Normally good but off today
While vacationing in Cape Coral. We found PDQ(S.Cleveland) Family of 7,we got the family pack plus drinks. This meal was delicious Service was great and very friendly. Hats off to the manager whom explained the freshness and different sauces She was so friendly and made sure our first visit was great. Sadly we was there on Thursday and we had plans to return Friday but didn't realize the closing time was 8 ( we missed it by about 15 minutes)we was disappointed we didn't make it...read full review

Based on the reviews, PDQ in Gulf Coast Towncenter is a restaurant with awesome chicken and delicious food. The quality is consistent every time, and the Mac n cheese is the best. The service is excellent, with workers who are nice, good at their job, and always working hard. The sweetest staff ever provides great service and smiles from the moment guests step in. One manager was incredibly accommodating, kind, patient, and absolutely delightful, remaking all the food to be hot and fresh. Another employee, Sarah, greeted customers right away with a smile, was polite, helpful, and considerate. The food comes out fast, and the honey mustard sauce is a main reason to visit. Once someone tries the food, they will never have chicken anywhere else.
