Love the food and prices
I want to give a huge thank you to Israel and the entire team at Pollo Tropical! I placed a catering order and completely misunderstood the preparation time, only to realize it would take hours to be ready. Feeling stressed on Father’s Day, I stopped by and asked for the manager, Israel, to see if there was anything that could be done.

Stopped at this Pollo Tropical today and received exceptional service from Israel. Even though my order was delayed, he went above and beyond to communicate with me, gave me updates on my meal, and was so kind and thoughtful during that process.
