Tonight (10/5/26) was my first visit around 9 PM, and the experience was extremely disappointing.
They weren’t busy, but the crew seemed more focused on socializing than helping customers. When I got to the window, they had no rice available. I specifically requested no tomatoes, but my order included tomatoes. I also asked for spicy Pollo sauce and received barbecue sauce instead.

Food was good and fast service

This used to be a great place, but unfortunately the food quality just isn’t what it used to be. The chicken has been dry, the soup lacked flavor, and the plantains tasted old rather than fresh. It’s disappointing because I remember the food being much better in the past.
On the positive side, there is plenty of parking and the location is handicap accessible. I’d love to see the food quality improve and get back to what it used...read full review
