The food was very good and they were two of us eating. One of us got our food almost immediately with the person who brought us the Trey telling us the second person's food would be at momentarily. Turns out her shift ended at that moment and we sat there waiting and waiting until we realized something was off and I went to the register to ask where our second meal was and it looks like it fell through the cracks. First time to Pollo Tropical. From walking in, the store seemed very well taken care of and clean. While ordering, the staff member was not paying attention and talking on the headset. The worker was a bit rude and asked me to repeat my order because they weren’t paying attention.The manager was quite nice and helped me when the order was missing some food.
