Waited over 20 mins past posted "ready for pickup" time for my online order. Wasn't even spoken to until I stood at the counter for over 10 mins. They gave my order to someone else so I had to wait for them to remake it. Great food but definitely needs new management/ staff. Third time this has happened with my online order...

After years of enjoying Pollo Tropical's best fast food, I decided to try something new on the menu: chicken soup. Although it was bland that didn't matter, I got food poisoning and lost weight very much that was not healthy for two days, causing me to vomit and be not able to go to work. I'm not sure what happened, maybe the soup wasn't at the proper temperature, but I'm never eating here again

The food was very good and they were two of us eating. One of us got our food almost immediately with the person who brought us the Trey telling us the second person's food would be at momentarily. Turns out her shift ended at that moment and we sat there waiting and waiting until we realized something was off and I went to the register to ask where our second meal was and it looks like it fell through the cracks. So that's just unfortunate when staff leaves without letting the people who are still there or the new people who come in know who did not get their order.

Same here. After I ordered my phone on a computer. And they questioned me about my order and told me that I needed to bring the device to pick my order up. This place needs to get their priorities straight, if I have the order From my computer screen that I took a picture of prior to leaving they're questioning me. Management is terrible. Do not come to this place.I will never return to this location. I much rather drive down the road to the one on colonial. If I ever decide to come back to this business? That just disrespected me.Edit, I get home after ordering a whole chicken meal and my roles were even in the bag. And they were worried about me. Verifying my order. They should have verified the order prior to it. Leaving the building and not short me food.

First time to Pollo Tropical. From walking in, the store seemed very well taken care of and clean. While ordering, the staff member was not paying attention and talking on the headset. The worker was a bit rude and asked me to repeat my order because they weren’t paying attention.The manager was quite nice and helped me when the order was missing some food. The tropichop was quite delicious with grilled chicken, would come back and would recommend.Giving 4 stars because of the service from the some of the workers taking the orders.
