The only thing I noticed was the staff felt a bit checked out, like they were just moving through the motions, and a little more energy would make the place feel nicer. “If you want something fresh, delicious and refreshing, this is the place to be!
The bowls are made fresh to order and are customizable. Everything is so delicious - we had acai bowls and some of the Bahia bites and we will definitely be back to try some other dishes.
We ordered in advance and our order was kept cold and was ready as soon as we arrived, with no wait.
The person we spoke with was friendly and efficient and the store was spotless and pleasing to the eye.

“This location has been a God-send to our church for an outreach we do every year.

Each year, our church feeds the employees of the Collier County Fair. This year, I placed an order for 200 Cheesy Double-Beef Burritos to be picked up at 11am on the day of the event.

I showed up at around 10:30am and watched this well-oiled machine of a kitchen assemble 200 burritos for me (after I changed the order from 150 to 200 at the last minute). All the while, they continued to service the drive-thru and the dining room with friendly efficiency to all of their customers.

No one on the staff was standing around. No one had an attitude. No one seemed to be in anyone else's way. Everyone worked well together and seemed to be very efficient. You could tell that the kitchen was very well managed.

My enormous $600 order was completed on time, in excellence, and the employees we fed loved the burritos. EXCELLENT job!“

“My husband and I went here for the first time last weekend at the Bonita springs location. My husband and I enjoyed our meals: I got the buffalo chicken cheesesteak and my husband got the classic cheesesteak. My Buffalo chicken was very delicious(last weekend that is). From what I recall, the chicken was thin sliced or at least a lot more chopped up than my experience from today’s order I received. I prefer the chicken to be thin and today’s was more of chunks of chicken. (No consistency in how it was made). It also had some steak meat and green peppers slightly mixed in (prob from my husband’s sandwich being made right next to it). Just curious as which way was the proper way because I preferred my last week’s buffalo chicken cheesesteak and unfortunately not so much with this weeks the way it was made. My husband loved his cheesesteak and thought the new spicy cooper cheese tasted really good!“

“Worst ever tonight. Service was horrible. Spaghetti was dried out and the chili did not taste right. The bags of crackers were all stale. I lived in Cincinnati 27 years and ate skyline many, many times. This was the worst. In addition, the place was down right dirty and disgusting. I will not return. Totally disappointed.“

“My wawa, my favorite gas station nearby. Staff is great with them making me feel welcomed and a valued customer. Food here tastes great, love the pizza with crispy crust and the taste of the silky cheese and the chicken noodle soup is great, just make sure to get a larger size always since the portions are small. Milkshakes and slushies are great too with slushies being really cheap as well. No complaints here they have a lot of variety like from lunchables and minimelts (dipping dots icecream). This place is like a mini Walmart, with milk gallons, eggs, deodorants and event car fluids (forgot what exactly but they have it). Friendly cashiers that will cheer you up if they notice you're having a bad day.“

Naturally, some days I don’t get to eat a bite due to how busy this town can get, and how busy the job naturally is. There are TOO MANY days to count where I would NOT have eaten if it wasn’t for this store being open.

Some days it’s my only meal. So it needs to be right, and it needs to be enjoyable. EVERY TIME I have ordered, via DoorDash or drivethru, they have delivered for me. I wanna give, to whoever runs this location, an extra shout out to the girl that works the intercom and window, late night. Like 12am late night. “Love eating Five Guys bacon burgers they are always delicious expensive mind you "but delicious"".. plentiful fries well seasoned and always hot.. it always looks fairly clean until you have to walk around ..for the floor is always sticky..the atmosphere is kinda impersonal and the staff working have never been that friendly..kinda cut and dry ..order in , here's your food.. I wouldn't recommend dining in for the place is uninviting but I highly recommend ordering out to go.. I rarely have any complaints on the food, burger is good, bacon taste fresh and so are the toppings..the fries cooked in that peanut oil " you can't go wrong " delicious.. makes up for the blaaa attitudes of those working the counter..“

When I reached the front of the line, a young man jumped in front of me and placed his order. I showed him that there was a long line, but he just looked at me and placed his order. The server did not realize he had cut the line.But another server did. She came over and took my order. When I went to pay, she would not allow me to pay. She used her lunch credit to pay for my meal, and she insisted.Whether you like fast food at a food court or not, you have to appreciate the excellent service at Sbarro in the Coastland Mall food court. And the spaghetti and meatballs I ordered were piping hot, not overcooked or dried out. It was a good meal and I will go back.“

“I have not eaten subway in years , I found they were running a promo online so I decided to try it, this subway location was the only one in the naples area opened till midnight . I called beforehand to make sure and the person working on that shift , never got his name , told I was able to order online. I came inside and went out in just one second , no troubles whatsoever.
