“Very impressed with this Dairy Queen store location. Dairy Queen is a top favorite with my wife and kids so I have been to many locations in MN and WI. I had never been to this location so called to confirm they sold cakes. The customer service on the phone was upbeat and friendly. The service at the store when I arrive was equal to the call (friendly and helpful). While I waited for the cake (very quick) to be personalized, I observed great and efficient service for each customer in line. Great store!! Until next time.“

“I have never been treated to such great customer service in my life. To start there was this lady yelling at this manager in a black shirt. I later found out his name was Chris. She was beyond a Karen and the way he handeled her astonished me. She threw something at him and everything and he never said a cross word to her. He made she all the customers including her were happy. I wanted to hire this guy for my business because you don’t find good customer service these days. Also, he did outstanding in working hard and going out of his way for fresh food for me. I’m new to the area and I will be telling all my friends to come eat at five guys! Thanks, RG“

“I went to Culver's the other day. My boyfriend had never been. I purchased the Cod dinner and he stuck with his usual burger. He said it was delicious. The portion I received was just right and it was delicious as well. All of the staff were working hard; However, they were all smiling. You can't help but see how well stocked the condiment station is. The drink station has a lot of selections and is also clean. Workers were busy taking plates of food out to customers, as well as cleaning as they went. You can tell everyone took pride in their work and their store. My boyfriend had never been to Culver's before. He loved his burger. I gave him some of my cod and coleslaw. Which he loved. Well, about a week later, he insisted on going back. Guess what he got.....Cod dinner. One caution is....Save Room for Desert!!!“

“I came to the restaurant about 9pm tonight I ordered chicken strips. Got up to the window was greeted promptly and told my food would be out in a minute. Then a young lady came over and said I’m so sorry unfortunately we are out of the strips would nuggets be ok. I said absolutely that’s fine got home had so many nuggets and a chocolate chip cookie in my bag as a sorry gift. Absolutely delicious and amazing customer service. So many nuggets left over. “We went to Arby's after my emergency room health issue. My husband & I had the gyro & classic roast beef sandwiches. There were old mushy onions as well as 2 tiny pieces of tomatoes. The wrap was nasty. I couldn't even eat mine. However, my husband's roast beef sandwich was okay. The cashier was rude, like we were a bother to her. Not sure if we'll return to this store again.“

“Me and my mom visit here we both got Italian subs on wheat bread was delicious hot and fresh combo with brownies flaky, chewy, and moist and soft drinks was strong cold and good my favorite part you can pick any flavor on the machine and also used the bathroom before we left very clean atmosphere oh my goodness customer service was A1 top tier It was the same way my Mom used to take me years ago when I was a little girl in Palm beach but I love the port charlotte location it’s local for me family friendly you can either take out dine in take out or delivery“

“I went there today and food was fresh they even warned me of it being hot but that was the beginning my son had tossed his rubber ducky out of the playground and he was gonna learn a lesson on taking care of toys. The 3-4 ladies up front took it upon themselves and rescued super ducky and changed his whole night and he went from sad to silly. My son loves this play and the service is always great. We will be back in the future for sure.“

“Honestly, this Wendy’s pleasantly surprised us! We were welcomed warmly, the bathrooms were spotless, the dining area was very clean, and the staff was courteous and attentive. Even when the restaurant wasn’t busy, they stayed on top of keeping everything clean.

We really enjoyed the burgers and fries, and it was a nice stop during our trip through the small town of Port Charlotte. I originally just wanted to buy a Kids’ Meal to get the Minions toy, but I never expected such a great experience.
