“My dog 🐶 likes getting pup cups at the drive thru. Ice cream is good, nothing great or special. I’ve noticed the blizzards had less mix-ins on recent visit. I would visit this business more often if they would stop donating money to Republicans. Until they do, it will be a very occasional treat.“

“5-17-24 Bubbakoo’s Burritos on Pine Island Rd : Stopped by Bubbakoo’s for a Steak and shrimp Burrito as I had this before and loved it. My wife chose the Steak & Shrimp Bowl instead of the burrito. We got there near 12 and it was not full for a Friday. This place is neat and clean and laid out nicely so you can find everything fast. You order what you want at the counter, and they give you the option to build your own or they can build it for you. I chose for them to build it except I wanted extra sour cream on mine and that was not a problem. My wife built her own with a little of everything in it. All their ingredients looked very fresh as they added all the items inside my burrito and her bowl. The Steak & Shrimp was on the flat top being made fresh also. We got our order very quick and headed to a table to eat it. My Burrito was large and as full as they could make it, everything inside was hot and tasted fresh. My only complaint was some of the Steak was a little tough and chewy, but it wasn’t a deal breaker. I believe it was a little over done. My wife’s Steak & Shrimp bowl was full of the ingredients she ordered. She stated it tasted fresh and everything was hot, but her Steak was chewy also. I ate my entire large burrito, and my wife not only ate all the items inside the bowl, she even ate some of the bowl itself. All in all we ordered some of the most expensive items on the menu but it was very good and well worth the price. Our total bill was around 40 dollars. They do have cheaper items on the menu, but everyone should at least try their Steak & Shrimp burrito or bowl once. I will give this place a 4 or of 5 thumbs up. “My husband and I stopped by Jersey Mike's on Thursday, July 9th, and had a great experience. We ordered four subs, three of which were hot cheesesteak-style sandwiches. As we were about to pay, I noticed that one of the subs was missing from the order. I mentioned it to the staff, and they immediately fixed it without hesitation.
Honestly, mistakes like that can happen anywhere, especially when multiple similar subs are being prepared at the same time, and it wasn't a big deal to us at all. What really stood out was how the team handled it. Everyone was incredibly friendly, genuinely apologetic, and their customer service was top-notch from start to finish.
The staff working that day also did a fantastic job and were wonderful to interact with.
I also want to mention the wait time because the staff seemed concerned about making us wait. Personally, if I'm ordering fresh subs and cheesesteaks made to order, I fully expect that to take a few extra minutes.

“Among fast-food establishments, I find Dairy Queen's menu to be the most agreeable with my digestive system. However, my sole concern with this particular location is the consistency of the gravy, which appears to be diluted compared to other Dairy Queen locations. Despite their assertions to the contrary, the gravy at this specific establishment is noticeably thinner.“

Im sure he was a nice kid but I couldn't hear him. Made ordering difficult. Need him to speak up or turn the volume on the speaker all the way up. Ice cream was good. I ordered diet coke with lite ice. It was lite for sure.... I got 4 pieces of ice in the cup. Maybe other locations are better...“

“As someone who grew up on big papis I have been seriously frustrated with this store. The pizza is inconsistent and I always order an extra sauce cup and get it maybe 2 out of every 10 deliveries. I complained one time via feedback and the manager reached out and a free sauce cup showed up on my app and cool whatever, I am always going to order papa johns so it just is what it is. It's like .75 cents so not a big deal aside from the principle of ordering something over and over again and never getting it..GR

With that being said tonight I ordered what I always do, stuffed crust cheese pizza and extra sauce cup. Rather than it coming regular stuffed crust, it came with the special pepperoni stuffed crust and we had guests over who don't eat pork. And of course we didn't get the extra sauce. Not the end of the world but a bit awkward

With that being said, the young man who answered my call to the store to see about a fix was so polite and accommodating. I had asked for the manager Zach (who's name I only know because he had emailed me regarding the prior sauce issue which is so stupid I KNOW) but he was off which I note because I want the store to know how well the person who did take the call handled the situation. It took about 5 minutes to even get him on the phone so I KNOW they were either understaffed or busy and wouldn't be surprised if he was a one man show as a lot of chain/fast food restaurants currently are. Point being - not every bad experience has to be a bad review. Thank you to the worker who resolve the issue, the new pizza was perfectly cooked and tasty and with the correct number of sauce cups! I really appreciate you all remaking and redelivering the order rather than a store credit or whatever and am impressed with the employee I spoke withs attitude and assistance on the phone and quick re-delivery. Top notch. anyways I'm partially writing this as praise but also as a reminder to stop forgetting sauce cups! thanks for taking care of us tonight - PJ4EVA!“
