My son and I come for lunch about every Thursday and everyone is so friendly , today my two year old son accidentally dropped his entire milkshake on the floor and Charles came from behind the counter assured me he would clean it up for us and made me feel better about the entire situation , I was so embarrassed and he was totally helpful with moving us to a new table and getting my son a new milkshake .
