“I deleted my original review about the rough experience I had previously as a first time customer. As a restaurant manager myself, I understand the importance of making it right. Once we did reach the manager Jeremy he was really awesome. The way he handled himself was absolutely professional. He went above and beyond to make sure that we had a better experience our second visit and I'm not disappointed at all with my first true Pollo experience the way it is meant to be. Jeremy is a great example of a customer oriented manager.“
“The women who took my order at the drive through was awesome. I usually don’t go to kfc so she was just super quick with telling what things come with, sides, sauces, spicey or no, etc.Very good attitude. And the food was delicious.in and out.“
“Ok. I'm giving KFC 4 stars because it met my expectations. We came in and we're met by Natasha. She was super nice and friendly. She sold us on the idea of the box that had 8 nuggets, 4 pieces of chicken, 4 biscuits and 2 small sides for $20. It was just enough food for us. And it was classic KFC. The restaurant is old and in need of updating. But staying in kept up a fun time with Natasha who kept checking on us. It makes me sad to see that this store has 1.5 stars. It doesn't deserve that but it does need updating and that might be why. Thanks KFC for the yummy food.“

“Came here Thursday night and I forgot my phone so I was just looking around while waiting and I love the framed art portraits on the wall, from the kids' drawings to the highly detailed sketches, everything caught my eye and I fw it heavy. The lady was nice and got our order fast, and the food was cooked fresh and hot. There was enough for the 4 of us at the hotel and the price was justified ??“
“My food always comes out promptly, which is great for lunch breaks. They never forget my sauces or mess my order up. There's always parking and the lot is way easier to navigate than a lot of congested Chick-fil-As. This is my favorite one to visit.“
“While vacationing in Cape Coral. We found PDQ(S.Cleveland) Family of 7,we got the family pack plus drinks. This meal was delicious Service was great and very friendly. Hats off to the manager whom explained the freshness and different sauces She was so friendly and made sure our first visit was great. Sadly we was there on Thursday and we had plans to return Friday but didn't realize the closing time was 8 ( we missed it by about 15 minutes)we was disappointed we didn't make it back. But as my kids headed back to Tn early Sat they did stop at one further up the interstate. Thank you PDQ. We will be back when kids come to visit!! For it will be worth the 1 1/2 drive!!!!! “I eat here all the time. It's Louisiana recipe Cajun Style food, not Middle-Eastern, the chicken is amazing, and the juiciest you'll find! The tenders are breast meat and not nuggets but fillet slices, roughly 1/6th a full breast. Very good! The honey and blueberry biscuits are truly great in their buttery drowned goodness! Their Cajun shrimp and Jambalaya are also very good choices! To be honest, I've never been dissatisfied since they opened a couple years back, and it's just two blocks down the street from where I live. I was a huge KFC/Popeyes fan, but Krispy Krunchy Chicken stole their dollar big time! Definitely a far healthier choice than other fast food fair as well, and the price is very affordable! Give them a shot, you will not be disappointed!“
“My son and I come for lunch about every Thursday and everyone is so friendly , today my two year old son accidentally dropped his entire milkshake on the floor and Charles came from behind the counter assured me he would clean it up for us and made me feel better about the entire situation , I was so embarrassed and he was totally helpful with moving us to a new table and getting my son a new milkshake . Hospitality here is unmatched . Thank you Charles !“
